    I think what messed me up was that I would do a lot of medium to high intensity on a day to day basis. I definitely overlooked the strength aspect in my training regimen.

    I’m so happy I’ve found your channel, I’ve searched for months while training myself for my fights, things like hip mobility and conditioning exercises. And for some reason youtube never pushed your videos my way. But I found them and I will have to say brother, you are my favorite athletic trainer on this platform. You’ve helped my at home training 10 fold. And thank you for really going into depth on this.🤙🏼 this is what I’ve been needing

    Something I find is that when you show up to training after you worked out you're body is recovering from the workout earlier in the day it causes you to be more technical since you're running on a fatigued state

    @Phil Daru Hey, man. I have some questions which would be a fam to clarify:
    -- When would you split daily training routine into three training sessions?
    -- Do you do that to increase the intensity of the training or because you want to just for some reason to spread the daily work load?
    -- Would you recommend to schedule harder workouts in the morning session?
    -- Do you split training sessions on training intensity or some other physiological specifics, f.ex. strength training in the morning because higher testosterone driven muscle adaptations (if to put it that way to keep it short) levels at that time of the day?
    -- Also, do you consolidate stressors by week: high stress week, med. stress week and easy week?
    Many thanks!

    Ok lookimg at ur custom training program in ur website for $300 a month, it does not say how many days per week my son will be lifting/training. He is a senior wrestler in clovis ca. He wakes up at 157lbs and is pretty lean. He wants to get stronger and bigger for wrestling. He wants to go up to 170-175:to wrestle maybe 160s. How long are the training sessions and how many training sessions will you be writing for him a week?

    Okay so Phil, I have purchased the off camp conditioning program which is for 6 weeks.
    Then I have purchased the fight ready program which is for 12 weeks.
    Now post the 18 weeks total, how do I continue my training? Should I start with off camp again or is there any other plan?
    Please advise Phil.

    • @nebulasupreme2009
      @nebulasupreme2009 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      if a specific program has training blocks of 6-12 weeks, then train those blocks for 12-24 weeks or 18-36 weeks. the longer the block the further you develop that quality

    Hi,
    How much rest do you take between 2 training session ?
    If I have 2-3 hours bt Sparring and S&C these be good ? Some days we can push to 6h+ rest but someday is very short ..
    Thanks, From France

    • @nebulasupreme2009
      @nebulasupreme2009 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      for best results 6-10 hours of recovery between intense workouts (sparring, strength, sprints, etc)
      did you sleep alot and eat alot then you can train sooner. if you sleep less and didnt eat much then more recovery is required.
      you can rest only two hours between sessions and still make great gains and feel good but this is best used for very short durations, a few times a week for a few weeks each season

    • @PhilDaruStrong

      Is high frequency but if you can organize intensity and volume it’s manageable if you know how to use recovery methods to prevent overload
