    Coach Phil is able to take an average person where they can’t take themselves. And above all teach them manners through his training.
    Thank you Coach ! Respect

    One of the best set up explanations I have ever heard and seen for bench press! Thanks for that and the whole video from Germany!

    For those who lack in shoulder mobility a good variation for overhead press should be using parallel grip with dumbells.
    Start proneted and turn while you pull.
    You should stress less shoulder ligaments and work without compensate, I'm talking for my experiece

    I loved doing these exercises on Fight Ready. I definitely feel that they helped me with punching power. Just wondering, though, for the folks recovering from tennis elbow, would it be ok with you to do a Dumbbell close grip variation for the Z-Press and Floor Press?

    Phil Daru certainly knows his stuff when it comes to strength training. But I question his credentials for training MMA fighters. All of his videos are about strength training. He's essentially a powerlifter. He has a record in MMA of 4 losses and 1 win. If a bonafide boxing trainer was training him they would make him drop a lot of weight. He's built like powerlifter, as I stated before;
    not like a fighter.
