@@showlovespreadlove depends on the problem. i know an ambassador that had to wait a very long time for a new battery for his diablo. We all know in the pev community they’re in short supply.

@@landogarner2007 i think some of you evolve negative thinkers forget, im the one that exposed the evolve losing to the meepo hurricane, im the one exposing evolve losing to the acedeck ares x1, im the one exposing evolve losing to the boundmotor flash, im the one showing evolve needs improvements in several areas in every single review. if you dont have the experience with the board and dont like the results/facts, idk what to tell ya. 🤷♂️ if ya wanna buy boards n review em like us, go for it. you will have our support 🫡
For me Exway customer service worked on point, they answered in couple hours, and fixed everything for free even though it was water damge that could be a bit my fault. But with evolve I am waiting for 3 monthes for my board, with the worst customer service I have seen.

@@showlovespreadlove yea that happened to me too a while back but after buying 13 boards from them, i think its a smart business decision to also provide shipping 😝 . TIP: use “pirate shipping” website. its about 30% to 60% cheaper than ups/fedex/usps ✅
sent mine in this last weekend, diablo has had problems from day one.. front light didnt work out of the gate then glitched at 20 mph and about threw me off the board.. hoping its not a lemon and wondering what the turn around time will be…

Had the some issues with my Diablo too took it to the shop for a couple of days and all fixed and got free hoodie and some goodies too that’s why I stay with evolve for the customer service side
Unfortunately, I also had a similar issue with my Renegade and I had a very similar experience with their support team! Got a label next day and it arrived earlier then initially estimated!
On an old board I had also a great experience of evolve support. I was not even able to do the diagnostic by myself. The board came back fast for a very reasonnable price with the BMS changed. The same for the remote. The support make my board last a lot longer. Now all boards are too fast for most riders and to choose the faster one makes no sense. The speed of the board is the speed of the rider.
New Board Needed New ESC& New Remote& couldn’t Ride it for 14 Days…Riders in U.K. £Payed Over 2 Months Ago for New Diablo& still No Board Arrived to Ride😮 Refund Time!
Even if I had the funds, I still would not get Evolve. Best customer service or not. Had a factory made AT board and swapped out remote n ESC for better brakes and adjustability for future upgrades, 6s-20s ESC. Still worked out cheaper than buying any top spec factory board. Best thing is I can fix or repair myself. Also added top mount battery in parallel for 1049Wh. All prices of boards should be cheaper for what they are. And customer service, seems the bar is so low nowadays that a company that has good customer service shines so bright. To me, I look at all the other companies that have no customer service whatsoever. There's the problem
i dont think u know what the definition of “sellout” means..i buy them myself… one needs to be a BIG time celebrity or HUGE influencer to even achieve a “sell out” situation. u think my tiny channel can make or break them? u can review whatever u want yourself on your own youtube channel. . no one stopping you. i also bought 13 boards from them.. but I am the naïve one? all signs point towards the contrary my friend. u dont need to follow the negative hating bandwagon ya know.
Yikes, I sent my board to evolve for warranty repair on September 9th…. Still waiting. But you got yours back way quicker than me hmmm 🤔

They didn’t provide me with a shipping label even though my board is under warranty. I had to pay $190 to ship it to them

Make sure to let us know the dates you get yours so we can show Fred how much of a goof he is for thinking Evolve doesn't give him special treatment

That is awesome customer service but for $ 2700 you still get cheap plastics hubs and belt drives with belt slips? No thanks. Acedeck all the way...
