    Would love to know if this diet treats anticipatory anhedonia, reward valuation deficits, other types of anhedonia (not depression per se) there is a large community of people without mental illnesses nessesarily that have devastating debilitating anhedonia and wondering how this diet ALONE treats that

    The reference to eating disorders is interesting and something I believe in for both cognitive as well as physiological benefits when amazing blood sugar (hypos and hypers) during refeeding syndrome as well as supporting better metabolic health including improved body fat to muscle ratios for longer term health.
