    Easy Overnight Oats are the best breakfast. There is no cooking required, just stir the ingredients together and refrigerate overnight to get a creamy and enjoyable bowl of oatmeal. Its so easy and yummy & the best part is you can add/remove any ingredients you like!     OVERNIGHT OATS INGREDIENTS:
    ► 1/3 cup of oatmeal per jar
    ► 1/2 cup of almond milk per jar
    ► A squirt of agave
    ► A little bit of cinnamon
    ► Some chia seeds
    ► Add berries to taste

    I don't shake it, I leave it in the beautiful layers and then I add yogurt on top with granola and walnuts with a dash of apple pie spice. When you eat it, you can go through all the layers to the bottom and get a yummy bite of each layer and it is so good 👍

      I do this too, so yummy, although I usually add the chopped fruits just before we eat it, cuz my family and I don't like soggy fruits (the fruits tend to get soggy an squishy when soaked overnight with the oats)

      @@carsandrajones7596 so I've leaned to eat my oats cooked cooked it raw (granola but I control the sweetener) I like the various additions-nut butters, pumpkin or pistachios seeds. This is my go to breakfast

      I’ve been making them for a while now: I normally add the fruits whenever I am about to eat because it leaves the fruits a little soggy in the morning. But it nutritious and nice.

      I agree. You could substitute fresh fruit with organic or regular frozen fruit or a cheaper fruit that's in season and she also used the aldis brand Almond milk, which is cheaper than the name brand products. The only thing that isn't cheap are the seeds and agave but I usually buy the store brand. I buy Walmart organic nuts, honey, and seeds. You can buy the stores brand of seasoning, which is always cheaper. My cinnamon was 2 dollars and some stores offer bulk seasonings.

    Although I would prefer mixing the oats and milk first and leave the fruit on top instead of shaking it. Some toasted nuts, or nut butter, or granola sounds super nice too...

    Thank you! Here’s what I did
    1/4 cup oats
    1/2 cup peanut milk
    Banana slices (small)
    Apples slices (small)
    Cinnamon
    A dash of moringa powder
    Crushed peanut
    (Stir it all together real good)
    - I just used what was available and it came out delicious! Already made a next batch for tomorrow.

      You can if you want too.. I do both.. Sometimes when its too cold at 6am I warm it up.. But most of the time I eat it cold because i am hot after a 5mile bike ride or a 2-mile walk

    Listen that Costco Agave be on point ! It last long. I add vanilla & coacoa powder to change up the flavors on certain days. But, how sweet ❤. And I like how your making healthy eating a priority and fun for your husband.

      It doesn’t matter it’s still fresh fruit when you put it in for overnight I’ve tried it both ways it’s just if you want to take the time in the morning

      Instant oatmeal with premixed flavors have things in them you don’t want to eat - especially with the effort you’re going to to make a good breakfast. Please, don’t do the instant thing...

    This is how I make mine. I use a hand blender for the dry oatmeal to make it soften up faster. I also sometimes add a bit of protein or peanut butter powder. Its like having dessert for breakfast. Yum!

    I love this! If he wants a little more protein, you can add a nut butter. I can never keep fresh fruit, so I add frozen and it is still really great!

    It doesn't matter how hard I try, I can't bring myself to eat oats, overnight, porridge or however. The moist chewed cardboard texture just feels so disgusting to me.

      I feel you I was exactly like that! 🤣 I wanted to like it so bad because it's sooooo good for you & quick/easy.
      But I found if I use bettet quality overnight oats(organic as well) with milk of your choice dash of maple syrup,dash of brown sugar,cinnamon then in the fridge overnight. it really changes the flavor profile to where it's definitely edible for me! Lol

    I Love Oatmeal also. Maybe check on amounts daily for Selenium, know food sources, and know mcg amounts. Selenium helps to reduce headaches feelings. However, too much Selenium is known to increase hair loss. Just to be sure. I only comment this because I care. 🙏❤️🙏 4th Sunday February 2024 4:04am CST

    How sweet of you! I read something interesting a few days ago. A neurologist that does TH-cam videos said that they have discovered that agave nectar does the same thing to your body as high fructose corn syrup and shouldn’t be used. He recommends monk fruit, allulose, or stevia for sweetener. Zero calories, zero carbs, and doesn’t spike blood sugars.

    That’s sweet that you’re doing that for him. But I heard The oats should soak in water over night and then drain the water out.
    Never eat the oats like that, you’ll feel bloated. That’s what I heard from a nutritionist.

      I'm using Millville rolled oats quick cook, I bought these at Aldi. We normally eat them cold right out of the fridge but if you like them warm, you can always heat them up in the microwave 😊

    This is a great step for your family to have a fresh healthy start, no hunger,waste of time & energy & funds. I have always used honey and cinnamon half sticks and little hint of clove power. Showing the world useful healthy and cost effective tips is most needed. Thanks for sharing. If you use original oats allow it to set out to cook better in the mix jars. If it’s quick cooking oats, we’ll. Shake and settle down than freg.

    Looks really yummy!!! you can change the agave for raw honey. The agave is highly PROCESSED with a very high content of FRUCTOSE.
