Everyone obsessing about how this recipe is too high-calorie or too high-carb need to calm down... You need a decent amount of calories and carbs for your body and brain to even function, Oats are really filling so you only need a small amount! Most importantly not a single ingredient used in this recipe is unhealthy.
For those who are concerned about the calorie count, Remember portion size is extremely important when you are on any diet. Also as mentioned in description honey is optional and you may also choose almond or soya milk.
They say this is for "Diet" yet it is very high in calories which is why everyone is "obsessing" about the recipe. This is definitely a healthy meal but by no means is is for fat loss in anyway

If you use nice ripe bananas there will be no need for extra sweetener such as honey. Also I’d always use plant milk over dairy but other than that this is such a perfect breakfast ❤️
plant milk is not real milk lil bro. Really felt the need to tell the world that you are a vegetarian/vegan and that you are such a good person, saving the animals?
I make this same recipe everyday here is my ingredients Water 25 ml milk Oats 40 gm 1 banana 1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder Blueberries 30gm Total calories: 255
My oatmeal recipe is : heat milk with salt, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and 100% cacao chocolate chunks and whisk frequently until chocolate melts and the milk is nearly boiling then I add the oats and top it with a splash of milk, maple syrup (or agave, honey, coconut sugar whatever) and walnuts. Just made it this morning but without sugar since I'm avoiding sugar these day, and it was honestly a bit bitter due to the cacao powder but in general it's pretty tasty ^^
