I can go back five years and find classic info that still really works. I love their humor and the comfortable way they work together. I've had great success using their suggestions . Love these two !
I was going to a physical therapist for another problem, and it was getting worse. I decided to watch you guys and have had excellent results. When ever the pain comes back, I do what you recommend and the pain stops immediately. Thank you so much. God bless you both.
I am 62 and have found this to be a great help in having strong and pain free wrists when I lift something like a heavy frying pan. Easy to do each morning and sometimes thru the day.
Really appreciate this video on wrists. My wrists seem to be stiff and the exercise I do once in a while doesn't help at all. Reason doing it just once in a while is it doesn't seem to help. LOL Looking forward to doing these wrist exercises. Thank you!
Brown's Gas (HHO) is one modality I've started using for wrist pain. Brown's Gas has a lot of other benefits I've noticed. Look into it. Thanks for the exercises too.
I've watched several of your shows and it has really been insightful. I have a situation with my right hand. the finger is stiff, sometimes feels inflamed. When I went to a specialist, he said (after an xray) that my hand is like a 20 year old's hand. I'm 50+. I knew I had strand my hand but he could find nothing and gave me a shot to hopefully help. So far Nothing and it seems to have a slight cramping sensation now from time to time. Do you have anything already posted that I could visit to try and get this under control before any more damage is done? This has been going on now for apprx 4 years.
Biking I hit a pot hole and just safely 'rode it straight out' but afterwards noticed my strong 💪 right wrist hurt a tad and for a bit so, of course, that made me see the beauty of healthy wrists!

I like that both of you demonstrate the same tips at the same time by using different tools, so we know that there are many options. Thanks.
This is really good. When pressing heavy dumbbells I've always did more for the front delts and never really gave the wrists any attention.

Y"all are so cool.
Jars of soup is apt if the person does canning.
I'll have to do these. Some I do, but not very often.
Love you guys! You are awesome as well as famous.
Thank you, I'm trying to come back after breaking it.
It made my carpal tunnel worse, as well.👍👍

Love the hammer ones… moving the actual weight away from the body as opposed to grasping it in the palm. Gotta get out my tool kit!
It would be great for you guys to make a video for people that have or developing carpal tunnel.
Take the dull side of a butter knife and hit the lid around the edge in the counterclockwise direction. It will help when you twist it open.

First! Thanks guys.
I got your hand strengthening kit. Can you demo that? And thumb pain?
I have a couple of JARS of Rao's soup. They're the perfect size for this.
Hammer exercises ?Who would of thought !
Do you guys know anything about EZorb, calcium aspartate anhydrous for bone spurs?
Does this work for carpal tunnel?
Got anything for guitar players?
Love the 🔨 lol
Bob or brad, is this fine if you have broken both your wrists?
I broke one, crushed it, and I’m doing them. My wrist gets so tight sometimes. Just don’t do anything that hurts badly.
don't laugh....soup does come in jars now!
🐔😂thanks great video
And thumbs? Get an auto opener.
Thanks!
Thanks! Positive vibes sent your way!
