Also on this channel, my 'Feel Your Feelings Series' is set up to assist you in being present with feelings and becoming the version of yourself that can take responsibility for processing these feelings through any future experiences. Find a comfortable safe space to do this session in and stay hydrated throughout. Promise yourself that you will not harm yourself or anyone else while going through this process. Seek Professional Help where appropriate. This is a process that has worked for me; and I am simply sharing it here with no claims to being a professional. It is common for our ego to try and distract us during this process. It is appropriate to redirect yourself back to focus on the process in order to complete it when you have the time and safe space to do so.
The stuck limiting loops of repeating unwanted thoughts, feelings, and behaviors can be eliminated through this process when key feelings that are anchoring in the repeating experience are acknowledged, validated, accepted, and have our unconditional presence.
This formula and process can be applied to any unwanted looping experience, as well as any perpetually avoided experience.
This process is meant to empower you to grow and easily take responsibility for challenging feelings that you may face in overwhelm, or daily life.
