  • Learn how to cook steak in air fryer perfectly at all times. This air fryer steak is crispy on the outside, perfectly tender and juicy on the inside, foolproof and flavourful. Cook it to your desired doneness, rare, medium-rare, medium or well done. I like mine well done and I cook it for 10 minutes.
This is about to be another of your favourites!
    NOTE
The internal temperature of cooked steak
    Rare: 120F/48C
    Medium rare: 130F/54C
    Medium: 140F/60C
    Medium-well done: 150F/65C
    Well done: 160F/70C
How long to cook steak in the air fryer: for Rare done steak, cook for about 6 minutes
    Medium rare: 7 minutes
    Medium well done: 8 minutes
    Well done; 10 minutes
It is also important to know that the size of your air fryer and thickness of steak would determine how long you cook the meat.

A perfect recipe! I've never cooked a proper steak before. I'd bought a marinated flap steak, and with my airfryer, the thermometer, and your recipe, the result was fantastic! An extra thank you for writing the desired temperatures in the description box.😋👍

I'm pretty new to air frying but this fryer makes it fun and easy th-cam.com/users/postUgkxD4Qeo-HRLxMfom_PDinM_SBfes00qJsB ! It's small and efficient and so far everything I've cooked has come out great! I really do like the glass door, interior light and that it looks like a small oven. This style just appeals more to me than the "basket" style fryers. The only drawback to me personally is that there's no way to know when preheat has finished, when to add food after preheat, or when to turn food mid-way through cooking. You have to stay close to the unit because the digital panel is the only way you know when to do these things. There's no beeping sound like in a microwave.

I just tried this and 200 did not work. It should be 400. And I did put the Sea Salt generously but I regretted that. Nice video though, I learnt from my first try and I adjusted going forward.

I just ruined 2 steaks in an air fryer, idk about other meats but steak is a no no in an air fryer! People cover them in paprika or something to make them look good when they come out, I'll try chicken tomorrow and if it isn't good then this air fryer is going back
