The question is to buy or build, I chose build. Building an overland pop-up truck camper or a pickup pop up as I like to call it. The plan is to have it act like a wedge camper as well as a full pop up. Not doing the vanlife or trucklife so the camper needs to be able to come on and off. It also needs come apart to store in a small space.

Thanks for keeping up with this. I am in the early stages of designing and debating on material. I'm very close to going with 80/20 as well.

15 to 20 minutes packs in decent information about your thought and build process i'd say.
