There are efforts to at least save Medicare. They are thinking how to reduce healthcare costs. There was Senate hearings about public health crisis, investigation in why medications is more expensive for Americans... I don't think they will be able, but they can try. The problem of Medicare and Medicaid is there are less healthy people to pay for ever growing number of ill people. Mostly so called obesity epidemic. Half of Medicare cost is diabetes. And I heard if you lose weight you have 50% chance to get rid of your type 2 diabetes diagnosis entirely. Predicting inflation starting to rise again this quarter while leading indicators showing economy slowing (not to mention governm*nt figures pumped up for the election). Global economy very weak which affects US. Fed dropping rates 0.50 shows they're VERY worried about financial downturn/crisis. interest rates coming down are also an indication banks are LESS willing to loan money into existence. The question here is where is the inflation going to come from in the near term? Consumers are mostly tapped out which is 70% of US economy (consumption). Yes inflation very likely to return but not before it continues to come down... Inflation can be a concern, but remember, certain assets like stocks and Crypto’s acts as a hedge. Long & short-term trading is generally safer, allowing investors to weather market volatility. I have managed to grow a nest egg of around 3.2 B'tc to a decent 27B'tc in the space of a few months... Inflation can have a significant impact on individuals and their cost of living. As a result, it can cause negative market sentiment. It is important for individuals and businesses to find ways to navigate and potentially mitigate the effects of inflation on their finances. The current economic climate, including underperformance of financial markets due to fear of inflation, has led to a decrease in the value of my portfolio. I would appreciate any recommendations on how to potentially increase returns during this market downturn.

@@figure8man There is no "all" in the universe, that's impossible. However, in regards to health, most health conditions ARE based on people's terrible lifestyle choices. People may try to deflect accountability and say we are being poisoned by food companies and big pharma, but at the end of the day, we all have the freedom to choose. I FORCE myself to not consume sugary drinks, to exercise, to have a small garden, to not do drugs, and to not do stupid stunts that may injure me, or others. Car insurance is a great example of how much of a disaster it would be for taxpayers to cover all these idiotic drivers.

The changes he thinks he’s looking forward to would be regrettable in the aftermath - but too late to repair after destruction. It’s far easier to dismantle than build. Too many (like this guest) are entertaining some major abolition without any planning for the distinctly damaging consequences. Unfortunately short-sighted. ‘Get rid of”, ‘Just shut down’, ‘wipe out’, ‘completely cut’, etc… sound like strong statements but are highly irresponsible if not fully thought through.

I love these Trumpers who appear intelligent at first glance, yet think somehow Trump is going to be good for our country. Hilarious. We are about to enter a complete disaster. Look at Trump cabinet nominees, insanity. And this douche has the balls to suggest just eliminating everybody’s Social Security and Medicare that we’ve paid into for decades on end. What a jackass.

Relative poverty will never go away, because by definition it’s relative to wealth. This is different to the abject poverty which will be created by throwing people out of a relatively well paid job based upon the flawed ideology of small government. This will be project destined to fail for two very simple reasons:
      1. Time.
      2. The fallacy of a disappearing job = a cost saving for the government
      1. Trump has only 4 years to unwind 70+ years of government job growth creation. The bureaucrats only need stall the process through legal challenges for two years to destroy any initiative Vivek or Musk attempt to implement before those pair of grifters will look for a way out of their DOGE jobs.
      2. If you throw a tax paying government employee out of work, there will be secondary consequences such a decrease in tax intake for state and federal government, an increase in welfare and unemployment benefits to be played out. Tertiary costs of lower spend on goods and service, debt. Defaults, crime etc…! You are not getting rid the cost, you are merely moving that cost to a different entry(ies) on the government balance sheet. Nothing more than a temporary accounting trick.
The fact anybody (who should know better) is not even mentioning the time factor should be enough to tell you they don’t believe he has a hope in hell of succeeding in creating anything but chaos. They will hype and buy the euphoria and sell before the reality kicks in.

    • Dollar Dominance: The U.S. economy relies on exporting dollars.
    • 90% of U.S. Spending: Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare, interest payments, and defense.
    • Social Security's Reality: Funded by government debt - a risky Ponzi-like structure.
    • Hydrocarbons Rule: The world still runs on oil; nuclear energy needs more focus.
    • Uranium Bullishness: Strong potential for future growth in uranium.

    • @HumanityOutsourced
      @HumanityOutsourced 4 วันที่ผ่านมา

It’s not baseball card trading, bitcoin is a decentralized currency that has a limited supply… you can move your bitcoin around anywhere in the world as much as you want without a bank or a government having any say , just try to move even 10000 dollars of fiat currency around and you’ll see how many authorities have more control on your own money than you do…. People just don’t understand blockchain technology yet and think cryptos were made to trade like stocks for profit… each crypto has a different purpose.. blockchain technology is the future of the world along with crypto , no other assets or currencies give you as much control as bitcoin does

I noticed women saying this at an increasing rate around 2019.
One woman told me all of her friends were planning to retire on social security.
(The context was she was angry/insulting/dismissive toward me because I was investing for retirement- I thought it was strange)
Take away: Casey has a point about Americans becoming dependent on government
Local Beneficial Societies: Local people know who deserve, and those who are bums. Push decision-making down to the lowest level.
The Homeless Industrial Complex in the San Francisco Bay area get incredible access to funding but are indiscriminate on how they hand out resources.
"All those companies and rich people are hoarding all their money, they should give it to the homeless"
I am hearing this more and more
Take away: The concept of being self-sufficient needs to be reinstituted in society.

Great video! BTC’s institutional backing and ETH’s upgrades enhance their value. DOGE, despite volatility, has momentum. I think there’s a chance in new cryptos. I’ve put $5,000 into XAI34L. Anticipating great results! 🚀

This guest's analysis is pedestrian at best. There are people who get sick and cannot work as they get older. If you are healthy, be thankful that you are, because many times it can be genetics and not due to your on volition. Not everyone can "save" for their retirement. You need a job that tracks with inflation. Wages have severely lagged inflation for almost 40 years now. In a capitalist economy, like ours, for there to be winners, there must be losers. For the winners to keep making money, the losers cannot barely be surviving. We are a service oriented economy that relies heavily on consumer spending. Social security plays a massive role in contributing to our consumer spending.

If people stop borrowing banks, complain. If they borrow and default, banks get bailed out.
What part of this don't you understand?

First thing he does: throw shit on Kamala Harris. My deduction is: this is political, not about economics.
So I leave and don’t watch it.

Aren´t goods that are imported from Europe mostly consumed by richer Americans, who can afford them? And if good are not bought as much, then our trade deficit will go down, more goods will be sourced from the US, which will create jobs, and keep more dollars at home, which will lower our need to print money.

So then as long as someone else pays the tariff tax it seems like a good idea to you? Tariffs have always been a bad idea. But they may be a good bargaining tool.
