Instant Idli Sambhar | इडली सांभर बनाने की पूरी विधि | Hotel Style idli Sambhar | Nariyal Chutney Recipe | Chef Ashok
ingredients:-
.200 gm arhar dal
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup lauki
1 cup bringle
1/2 cup carrot
1/2 cup beans
1/4 cup drum stick
1 onion
1 tomato
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seed
curry leaves
salt to taste
3 tsp sambhar masala
1.5 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp degi mirch powder
1 tbsp jaggery
3 tbsp tamarind pulp
ingredients for idli
1 cup rava
1/2 curd
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
1 pkt eno
ingredients for coconut chutney:-
2 coconut
2 green chilli
1 inch ginger
3 tbsp roasted chana dal/powder
.300 ml warm milk
curry leaves
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp urad dal dhuli
1/2 tsp mustard seed
