Sambar Masala - 2 tbsp

Cooking oil - 5 tbsp

Kabitaji meine aapki sambhar ki recipe Aaj try ki.. Ghar pe mehmaan the aur muje idli sambhar banana tha. Isse pahele Mera sambhar acha nahi Banta tha fir bhi risk leke aap pe bharosa Kiya..
Sab khush hogaye sambhar se!! Muje to last mein ek katori hi bacha.. uspar achi baat ki aapka tarika simple hai sab ek hi cooker mein.. sabji meine aapse Kam Dali par result acha Raha

Thank you maam for this video... Sambar is actually South Indian Traditional Receipee. In our State it is not famous all time..But I love it verymuch.. Cause is that during my Struggle period I spend maximum time at Bangalore.. Raggi mudde also one of the very good healty food in South Indian Peoples.. Nahi,ma’am,humare ghar mein sambar mixed dal se bantha hai,Thuvar,channa aur moong dal ,kabhi kabhi ,only moong dal ,bahut tasty,sambar dish nahi emotion hai ,aur sambar powder nahi use karthe ,ek seasoning spices se tadka de the hai,vahi dish ka highlight hai!!

Har ghar just mere dhadi aur Nani ke ghar ke sambar bahut alag hota hai,taste mein color,but tastes different than the hotel once.Hotel mein sambar budget mein banathe hai ,us mein daal hota hi nahi ,besan or dalia( buna channa bina chilke wali) ka powder use kathe ,ground masala paste thoda sa toasted channa powder mix karke sambar banathe ,humne ek hotel ke owner ne recipe explain kiya tha madras .We have some friends who own restaurants,they gave away the secret.🤫

All your recipes are nice. I just wanted to tell - you said not to put karela in sambar. I once ate delicious sambar in Tirupati & was surprised to see, it had karela! Ever since, I put karela whenever possible. It tastes really nice in sambar! Please try
