- Harry Manx - a great solo blues player, accompanied on some tunes by Hans Christian ("I can teach you how to play without making your cuticles bleed!") on the Sarangi. This concert was in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, January 29, 2010, at the Ladder House Music Room upstairs.

I'm working on my first CD at age 67; definitely haven't rushed into it! I was just introduced to Harry today by a good friend and guitar mentor. Awesome and inspiring work!
67 here too, but no CD in the works, just a noodle. Along with Kelly Joe Phelps, Harry Manx is my favorite musician, and lap slide guitar player.
How did I not know him ? Wonderful !

Saw him live in Portland Hope, Ontario with my parents a few years ago. That sound is unmistakable. And then he brought out the cigar case guitar....Wonderful evening.
