Dr Qureshi , could you please make on the video of life of a junior emergency medicine doctor about their working patterns and rota. And if it can be compared with ICU working pattern, that would be very helpful.
Hi . I have few questions ( please respond 🙏 ) 1. can we open our own hospital ( 100 bed ) in Australia ? 2. Can we get 100 million business loan to build a hospital? 3. Correct me if I am wrong why everyone talk about working as doctor 9-5 job ? Why can't we build our own hospital? Why I don't see any foreigner opening his/her own hospital instead of working 9-5 ? 5. Why I don't see people talking about building or giving knowledge about opening a hospital? As we foreigner come and build house , restaurant or other buisness why not hospital? In the end I apologies because I don't have enough knowledge. I don't want to work just as doctor working 9-5 . Please guide me 🙏 I will really appreciate
Thank you so much Dr.. Very informative. First time watching your video.. Looking forward for more. I have a question, for someone who did not do postgraduate internship in their home country, where to start and what job can i do in the meantime before getting License to fully practice as a doctor in Australia.
Awsome as always... But a fresher doc will be in very tight financial care, if he has a family of 4 then savings in initial days are a dream only...i assume.Look at the expenses vs salary. And on top of that Aussie dollars are less value on compared to american $ and pounds also. Correct me if i am wrong.
Hello Rizwan, will a doctor trying to move from a Scandinavian country as a specialist consultant need to do any upskilling? or will their training be considered substantially comparable upon the assessment?
Your videos are excellent! Can I ask a question about annual leave etc for medics in Australia - what is the usual entitlement to expect? Please signpost me to the right video if you have already covered this! Thanks.
Seen a few doctors in Australia. At clinics and at hospital. All of ethnic background. But the doctors didn't seem to listen dismissed my concerns and we're eager to finish off appointment. My question is this. Do doctors get reviewed. There performance is quite shockingly poor sometimes for me. It seems any doctor can perform as poorly as they want but will never be removed from their profession in Australia. A very safe job for people who want to get away with very little effort.
Dont worry sir/madam I will do a commendable work and will make sure my peers do the same when I will come to Australia.....maybe the doctors there lack is compassion and empathy.....
Thankyou sir for making such informative video. What would you recommend for fresh medical graduates from Pakistan to come to Australia via Standard Pathway or do PLAB and come via competent pathway?
Thank for so much for such an elaborate video, Sir! I’m an IMG just about to start my post grad training here in India. What would you say has better scope in Australia after PG in India, radiology or OBG? I’ve heard that it’s harder to get into the system as an OB since it’s a surgical specialty. Can you please shed some light on the same?
Inspiring video. Will 12 months of working experience at NES ,UK but not at NHS after PLAB , count for eligible candidate for amc registration via Competent pathway?
Hello Doctor, could you please help me clarify this question:s after passing AMC exams can I move to Aus with a tourist visa and and then after getting a job my employer changes it to 482? Or let me rephrase; which visa is best to move to Aus without any problems of changing visa to 482
You are gem sir❣️❣️... May Allah bless you .. If a student is doing MRCem, can he /she join Australia after MRCem osce? Or we need to work initially on Europe
According to AMC's website, The MRCEM (Membership of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine) qualification is not automatically recognized in Australia. However, you may be eligible to apply for recognition through the Australian Medical Council (AMC) pathway.
Thanks brother.. I am from your home country, started IMC registration process as i couldn't succeed in clearing MRCS part B for GMC registration purpose. Currently i am final year PG in urology in KP. So i don't want to be stuck here in Pakistan after completion of FCPS and don't want to wast time.. Kindly provide me convenient and quick way of communicating with you for future guidance. 😊 Thanks in advance bro ❤
Senior doctors having completed their training in their home country are eligible to work temporarily for 2-3 years in Australia without undergoing any formal assessment exams (AMC). For more insight, book a session with me and we can discuss your options! www.emergencyfocus.net/booking-calendar/1-1-specialist-pathway
may I ask if i as a GP hope to apply for visa 190, in order to pass the skill assessment, must I first get a general/limited registration in amc? that means I’ll have to pass at least the amc mcq before applying the visa?
Please do salary comparison for PG and consultants Sir! And can a specialist from Myanmar become a specialist in Australia via specialist pathway or competent authority pathway? Because I have heard Myanmar specialists aren’t readily accepted as consultants in Aussie?
Sir please do reply, can MBBS graduate from Myanmar come via standard pathway too? Is it too hard to or is it ok to just like the competent authority pathway? And does MRCP make it easier?
Is 12 months of housejob experience in Pakistan and 12 months of clinical experience in another country like Ireland along with AMC part 1 sufficient to apply for jobs in australia? or do I have to do 24 months of work in my own home country?
Sir ,how r the training opportunities in medicine and allied speclialities ? As compared to uk ? Will its easier to get residency? Secondly what are img friendly specialities in Australia ?
I have done MBBS in 2009 from Karachi, Internship of 12 months in 2009-2010 from Lady Dufferin/Civil Hospital Khi, MCPS in Pediatrics in 2018 with 24 months residency from Liaquat National Hospital, MRCPCH part 1 & 2 are passed and Clinical in process having experience of 10 years in Pakistan - can I apply for specialist pathway ? can I get your email id to discuss in detail ?
People in Australia say: "You can get a Visa, You can get PR, But you cant get a House for Rent" How true is that? Is renting a House as a couple, is really that hassle now? (in 2023-2024)
If you live in Sydney and maybe Melbourne then yes. However, there are pockets of those places (e.g some regions in Western Sydney) which are quite affordable (for Australian standards though, It's still relatively pricy).
Sir,i finished internal medicine and working as a consultant for the past 2 years.. how much time it will take to find job and settle there via specialist pathway.. please resolve this.. thank you
Hi sir i am a Indian citizen i have done my mbbs in china currently i am doing my internship in china do i need indian medical license to write amc mcq exam ? Please reply sir
