    Spot on. I think this is applicable in all Medical schools and hospitals. I appreciate your direct approach in clear terms and pointing out the white elephant in the room. Keep posting.

    i thought I was the only one getting complaints. it affected me a lot, enough to drive me to transfer to another hospital, to a more junior role. then to go non-clinical afterwards

    Hello Dr. Thanks for all the informative videos.
    I am a South-Korean medical doctor with the specialty of paediatrics and the subspecialty of paediatric EM. I've been enjoying your clips 'cause currently I'm considering finishing a residency (registrarship in AU if my comprehension is correct) of emergency medicine in the overseas. I understand all the pathways due to your lovely postings but i came across the fact that there's is moratorium for IMG-GPs. If you don't mind me asking, I was wondering if the 10 year monatorium applies right at the moment of getting the full registration or it's postponed till the end of the registrarship, and whether i should to fullfill the monatorium after I become the specialist.

    Doctor how hard is it for an IMG from India to get into dermatolgy training in Australia? I am still in the medical school and what can i do now to increase the chances in the? future

    • @ebuhkary
      @ebuhkary 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Dermatology is very difficult to get into in any country, let alone Australia. You'd have more chances in the US by getting super competitive usmle scores really early and doing multiple publications, but anything is possible.

    I think navigating the challenges as an International Medical Graduate in Australia is a multifaceted journey marked by language barriers, cultural adaptation, and grappling with the intricacies of the healthcare system. It's crucial to address these issues to ensure a supportive environment for IMGs pursuing their medical careers in Australia
