Are you planning on being in the Philippines during the month of December? My wife and I along with a friend who is a retired attorney from the SF Bay area and was in the Army with me in 1974 in Korea will be there and we will visit Manila a few times during the month. Let me know if you want to hang out for a bit with two old guys, one who was a fellow Special Ed teacher, as I think you said you were.
