Thank you for the information
32 floors wow and the tallest building in West Africa second tallest in Nigeria that's incredible remake ✈️🇳🇬🦅
The tallest building in Africa is in Ivory Coast, which is still under construction. 74 floors
It seems a bit more expensive. You could buy similar for less. The prices are mad, but maybe it is targeted at a particular market.
Its definitely overpriced for a home in nigeria. It might be worth it if this was in NYC. Also it looks way too isolated from everything
@@kingkalii188
It's not Isolated. More buildings are under construction at the site. In a few years time, the place will be filled up.
The largest U.S Consulate building in the world is currently ongoing in this city Eki Atlantic... this will definitely attract investment
So lovely - Well done
Beautiful ❤

There's $$$ in Nigeria!😊
If the materials are largely sourced locally, why are the units competing for NYC prices when there are no surrounding NYC infrastructure or standard of living for the country? It's overpriced for a Nigerian property. Even buying inn Chicago which is a more advanced market, is a lot cheaper. A million dollar apartment would get you a place at some of the high end zip codes in America.
Is that US$2.5 million?
Gullah Geechee decentents on the way, 🙌🏽🌿🍠🍉🏊🏽♂️💪🏾👍🏽⚡👑🧠👂🏾🙌🏽👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Difference with NIGERIA VS GHANA..Property is Nigeria is freehold title vs mainly leased land in ghana.
How do u an interview on this channel
The big question is; electricity. Can you explain this to us potential buyers? The endemic power shortage goes on forever.
Eko Atlantic has his own independent electricity supply, so its 24hrs power supply
You people think that Nigeria doesn’t have light , I would like you to check LNG Bonny camp estates
@@AdminManager-hr7dwit’s going to cost an arm and a leg cause ordinary Lekki 100k electricity na just for a week
It's lovely but shows how expensive Nigeria is getting !! And PPL complain about ghana!!😂
Something like that will cost more in Ghana
dont even compared the latest world statistics shows things are way more cheaper in Nigeria compared to the rest countries not just in Africa but the world as a whole.
Nigeria is affordable. There are over 36 cities apart from Lagos 😅
@@studychinaabroad6618 and who wants to live in them with such insecurity in security? I'm good!!
@studychinaabroad6618 the reality Is most foreigners fear nigeria for scamming and kidnapping! Most secure area is lagos and it can happen there but not as much as the North. Facts are SW is just safer for tourists and expats.
Are there power cuts when it rains ? if there's a power cut is the mains water (tap/shower) supply available ? . Is the conflict in the North of the country with the Islamist's ongoing and if it is , is there an end in site ?
In Eko Atlantic there is 24/7 hours power supply in the city even in rain and in sun there must be light. the city has clean and treated water in the city. and talking about security Lagos has never experience Islamist conflict.
Whatever Islamist conflict going on in the North doesn't reach the south, the south west is the safest in Nigeria and that's where Lagos is, in Lagos, the island is safer compared to the mainland and on the same island places like VI and ikoyi and Banana island are safer than other places and inside that same VI, we've Eko Atlantic which has it's on security again
@@user-cz9ph3ks5b thanks for the info
Does Nigeria have health and safety laws to build the tallest residential building, do they have a reliable fire and rescue system and what is the reach of the tallest fire brigade ladder. Does these tall apartments have fire drills, alarm system and sprinklers in the event of fire.
Stop crying. How would someone build a 32 floors without those things you're asking? Wake up 💤
You be mugu did you think They have not prepare for that what did you take Nigeria for?

You're hideous! You can't even afford it. An apartment that's well designed and moderately furnished is hideous to you? You're just full of hate!
