Number one should be an intracity moderate speed rail that can transport people all around eko. Even a people mover rail in the central district will be so beneficial. Look at China metros that are far better than anything in the USA

Guys-a lot of companies will troop in soon- what is the essence of companies where there are no people - people first then companies - that's why residential buildings are priorities - in addition - some of those seem-to-empty lands are sold out already - perhaps to companies too- moreover there are more acres of land to be added like phase 4 is ongoing and more phases to be added as soon as a previous is completed. Okay but why is there another 2 new villas again that are being under construction? It's already have 2 villas in recent years ago and now we have 4 villas plus 2 churches! Totally wasting land property reclamation! Still I don't see any vision on this project.
Check out the master plan of the city to clear your ignorance. Ideally, you shouldn't expect every spaces in the city to incorporates skyscraper. Saying the villas and churches are contributing to the wastage of land reclamation, got me thinking if you invested your money into the city project.
@@okesegun2118 I already checked 13x the master plan believe me or not the developers aren't pursuing the original plan everything is a mess! Of course churches and villas are still matters why did you waste reclamation land for this cheap projects? EA is meant for modern Skyscrapers not another Banana island and Lekki Island! Look at what Egypt new administrative capital it's already completed and very modern city! Nigeria is a big joke! 😑

Even in the master plan of Egypt's new capital city, there are numerous phases that will incorporate bungalows, villas etc.
The 2nd phase of Eko Atlantic city which is the business district, will incorporate minimum of 35 floors and maximum of 50-60 floors confirmed from the owner.

You have no idea how much risk assessment and analysis that went into construction like this. They carried out environmental risk analysis before embarking on construction, meanwhile Nigeria is not an earthquake prone zone and the long Eko Atlantic wall is built to withstand ocean surge, so it protects the city adequately!
This place is dead as a door nail. At this pace it will take 100 yrs to fill up
The city is the only city in the world being built by the people of the country not government. It Going to take a long time. Relax it will go faster than you think. If the government was building it then you can complain. Buy some land and build yourself if you want it to go faster.
