Nice piece, Hurried presentation, the primary suite is superb no doubt, the cinema is small, kitchen not so big, the fence too is too low considering construction work that are ongoing in the environment... no mention of the nature of the main entry door, access controls not mentioned either

I’m really not a fan of the marble flooring that’s so prevalent in these Nigerian homes. Would really appreciate some wood here and there, feels more homely to me.
Wood is very high maintenance in Nigeria, as there are very few people who know how to install, and care for them.
Nigeria doesn't have winter season. Marble here absorb heat. Wood floor are mostly use in winter countries and cost more to maintain it.
Same here. I understand why marble is preferred to hard wood in a tropical environment such as Nigeria, but I would personally still opt for hardwood (even faux wood, if properly done).
I think the stairs at the minimum should at least be wood.

Is it me or Nigerians just love more rooms? Extended family l guess? Yet the outside space is not enough for big family. I think this house would make sense if it was 3 bedrooms with another living room upstairs for the view instead of 5 bedrooms. Why does it need a bedroom downstairs? That should have been the kitchen/dinning area. Why does it need a separate visitors toilet when there is one in the visitor's bedroom? 🤔🙄🤣A wooden flooring would be nice instead of dangerous, slippery marble. Visitor's room is for someone who is staying over. Visitor's toilet is for people who came to visit but not staying over. If you're a visitor who is staying over,would you want someone else who is also visiting to walk into the room your staying in to just use the toilet? Why can't there be a room downstairs? Why can't there be 5 bedrooms? I think the outside space is big enough. Not like they will be sleeping outside.

@@suntanglory i live in a 4 bedroom house here in Essex. Each room has its own full bathroom and we have half bathroom downstairs, obviously for visitors. My grandparents came to visit from Nigeria and let them stay in the 4th room. People from church came to our house to visit and show there respect to our grandparents. they were able to use the downstairs toilet without having to go into any of the rooms. Both our grandparents and people from church are all visitors. If one visitor is already occupying the spare room, why would you allow any visitor to enter that occurred room to use the toilet. Again like I said above. People who have the land and money, build what ever the F they want and if you decide you build your house they have 1 bathroom for everyone cat and dogs that comes into your house. And not only Nigerians love big houses. You need to see houses in Europe or American. Then again big house are mostly for the once that can afford it
