- A person may have one eye bigger than the other due to genetics, age, and lifestyle factors. In rare cases, having asymmetrical eyes may indicate an underlying medical condition.
Causes
Genetics can account for uneven eyes and other types of facial asymmetry.
As people age, the soft tissues in the face relax. Cartilage, such as that in the nose, continues to grow while the bones do not. These changes can cause asymmetry.
excessive sun exposure can change the skin around the eyes. Sun damage may affect one side of the face more than the other, leading to asymmetry.
Bell’s palsy is a type of sudden, temporary facial paralysis. It causes one side of the face to droop, affecting the smile and one eye.
Facial trauma may cause enophthalmos, or displacement of the eye. This causes people to appear as if they have a sunken eye.
Some sinus conditions can also lead to enophthalmos. These include:
chronic maxillary sinusitis
maxillary sinus tumors
silent sinus syndrome
With these conditions, changes to the eye can happen suddenly or gradually

Okay ima gonna do these exercises once in a day and share the results with you guys atleast once a week.
Day 4 - it appears smaller till like 12 -2 pm from morning 💀and in the rest of the day it's gotten better.
Day 8 - still like day 4
Day 11- the asymmetry feels only when someone looks very carefully and when I lift the eyelids up by ring muscles, otherwise it looks symmetrical most of the times(skipped 2 days till now )
Skipped 15 days straight
Now Condition - same as day 1

@@samarahamad4026 idk if it will work for you , but I knew one of my muscle was weak because I wasn't able to blink properly with that one eye

I thought that would be result after doing at least in 1month , in fact I have seen the result ,my left eyelid is a little bit smaller and I wish it would be the same as my right eye lid.

Eye muscle is very lazy muscle. It takes a bit of time but you know consistency is the key. So keep on practising. Maybe 2 to 3 months that depends how week eye muscle is

So it's like the side which is bigger you should try to sleep on that but if u can sleep on your back then that will be a better option ❤

Same problem mai right side me soya tha isliye hua h ye 3 days hogaye exercise krte hue.
Try these it will help u and avoid sleeping on that side now or use beauty pillow

Eye muscle that is orbiculai oculi is very delicate and lazy one i guess the one side u got hit has gone through some internal demage leading to stoping in growth of
That particular side practice these exercises and take my old video. Also in that I have made a video with my daughter that is for Eye awakening that you need to start with that one in TH-cam. Only I have a older video with my daughter. Her eyes check that and practice first that for one month then start this one.
