As a former fat guy its the only way. Food can be an addiction. To get healthy you no longer get to eat for fun and its purely about nutrition. No cheat days or any of that BS. Just like a drunk or heroine addict cand just drink or shoot up once in a while or they fall of the wagon. Its forever.

The discussion of social media was EXTREMELY insightful. Almost ahead of it’s time insightful. Social media is a genuine pandemic of the brain, and it hits especially harder on those who’s “work” is tied to it. Your work is a large part of who you are. And social media is a drug.
