30:22 that should be on a decreasing scale honestly. In finance, the more money you invest (and have under management with a Financial Advisor) the lower your management fees (percentage) are. That agent/manager cut is wild! Even real estate agents do not make the same percentage on a $300K home versus $3 million home. Yet somehow these agents/managers are charging a fortune and their talent is perfectly fine with it? That cut is simply way too much for what they are realistically doing for you.
