30:22 that should be on a decreasing scale honestly. In finance, the more money you invest (and have under management with a Financial Advisor) the lower your management fees (percentage) are. That agent/manager cut is wild! Even real estate agents do not make the same percentage on a $300K home versus $3 million home. Yet somehow these agents/managers are charging a fortune and their talent is perfectly fine with it? That cut is simply way too much for what they are realistically doing for you.

I'm always getting a strange vibe when I'm listening to Chris D talking freely like in a podcast. He sounds like that guy in high-school who would tell one true story, one very embellished one, and one totally fake just to get everyone's laughter, and to make sure he's always the center of attention. He also sounds like the kind of guy who would not know what to do with a natural moment of silence, and spew whatever to keep the interaction going. My not-so-authentic not-so-genuine senses are tingling.
