    I honestly would quit lawn care without my walker. Best machine ever.

    Always remember nothing cuts like a walker, nothing bags like a walker, and nothing breaks like a walker 🤣

    Good move with the large fuel container. I did the same this season and it's working out great. Mine I use an electric pump so it fills really fast. I just use a 2 gallon can for mixed and the big one to fill up the mowers

    I have watched you guys a while but not that long. I heard other lawn care people say cut higher to help with burn out. I am just a home owner and interested. Thanks

    • @berndtslawncare4906
      @berndtslawncare4906  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes that’s usually the rule. However, without proper water, cutting the grass tall doesn’t really have much effect. Cutting tall and properly watering is the key to a nice lawn.

    What do you have lining the inside of your hopper. I have stuff flying out everywhere and you may have the solution I need. Thanks in advance

    • @berndtslawncare4906
      @berndtslawncare4906  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I cut a ratchet strap up and used pop rivets to secure it to the hopper. In most cases, the two struts that hold the door closed tightly are worn out causing it not to close properly

    What are your thoughts on gator blades? Are they better than the standard factory blades? Im pretty new to zero turn mowers.

    • @berndtslawncare4906
      @berndtslawncare4906  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I like them. I usually use them in the spring to cut down the heavy tall grass. They are also great for leaves

    awesome vids, what height do u have the walker at? i just purchased a new t27i and been cutting at 3.5 inches. doesnt seem to pick up too well, i wish the deck has a option fir 3.25

    • @berndtslawncare4906
      @berndtslawncare4906  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I usually cut around 3-3.5 inches. If I’m sucking leaves up I will drop the deck down a little.

      @@berndtslawncare4906 Thank you for your fast reply, im going to try 3 inches, it wouldve been nice to have 3.25 instead of buying and installing the deck quick adjustable. hoping to see the latest on your walker re build, Its going to better than new rock solid

    Very unfortunate but does happen from time to time. That’s one of the worst thing I hate about timed blade configurations. Blades are trashed and only good for cleanups.
