That mower is a beast - and you are the mower whisperer. Cannot believe you could cut such thick, dense, tall grass and shrubs. Hope your beast is still ok. Super job. Lucky owner.
Bush hog, hell; I'd have said goats~😅 The manufacturers could legit use this video for advertising; _'If it can handle THIS yard, it can handle your yard, easy!'_
Your wife is lucky to have you helping her friend, a single Mum. You are a hard working young man, you give your best in the work you do, what State in USA do you live; I watch lawncarers from,Florida, Oklahoma, etc. Here in Australia it is Winter, cold but we don’t get snow. Hope you summer weather is nice, thank you and bless you. 🇦🇺
Wow,..that is some tall grass,..but what an awesome job you have done,..it looks so nice now,..and you always do such a great job,..it is kind of a bumpy ride
Good Lord, Fill has a Yankum rope - can never underestimate the brilliance of this man!!! Love you Fill, you are amazing!! Big - over six feet tall thumbs up :) 👍👍👍👍👍
Hi Fill. This flower what you found is a lysichiton americanus. It blooms most yellow, sometimes white. You did a great job again Many greetings from the south of Germany
You know people don’t realize how much it takes to do all that mowing!!! There is times I have put in 12 to 14hours a day out there mowing. That’s a little different then your mowers I have a big rider but still have to do a lot of weed eating. God Bless Fill keep up the beautiful work have a great and wonderful day.
Good catch that you caught your GoPro camera before fell on ground! 😂 As always AWESOME JOB DUDE and it was very sweet of you helped your wife's friend to mow their yard. 👍🏼😁
Her property is beautiful! Being that she's out in the country thought the driveway looked really nice before cutting it! Personal preference, I know. It must be so nice living without neighbors right next to you. Fill, you always do such a nice job!
Blades cut thru most of that stuff easily. Toro just took it up a notch. and that stuff was, shall i say, Moist. so made cutting even harder. and for all us with ADD and Anxiety, this video was very relaxing. thank you much, and for helping your friend.
In the Texas mud I get stuck quite a bit. I don't even take my trailer off my truck. I just hook the strap to the back of the trailer on a good strong area and ease it out. Works good
You really need to have captions on your videos. Some of us older people that can no longer hear well at least can READ what you are saying. I really enjoy watching you each day and seeing the final results is always my favorite part. So PLEASE ask TH-cam to make captions on your videos!! 😊
That was one hell of a catch at the 11:25 mark! As for the rest of the video, I'm impressed your machine was able to handle grass that wet and tall as well as it did. That's some skill to only get stuck once. Super job!
As a young man I worked a nature reserve in Pennsylvania. When we were expanding our lawn areas I would use a scythe to cut down vegetation like this…then use a Gravely walk behind tractor mower to finish off the job. That was quite the workout…but I enjoyed every bit of it.
Yep, we had a little land off to the side, about 1/4 the size of what Phil was mowing, overgrown with grass, thistles, and brambles. Had to go after it with a hand sickle first before we could get a lawn mower in there. Took me about a week of hacking at it after school to get it "tamed."
The common names of those large green leaves is skunk cabbage or swamp lanterns. They get bright yellow "flowers" in early spring. AND they come by that first name honestly. They thrive in swamps or very, very wet areas.
Thanks for the notification ! Good Sunday morning to you . Here in Florida is about 95 hot and watching you with a hoody on? LOL makes me hot. That red technology looks good on you too Ha! Bravo on the transformation.
That was a behemoth mowing job but you knocked it down & made that area of the property look clean & tidy. Looking forward to the rest of the property looking the same as this clean & tidy part looks. 👌 👍👊🤟
I have a Toro residential 50 inch cut. Easy ride and I absolutely absolutely absolutely love it.I would have love to have done this, but I think my mower would have been stuck 10 times instead of one time/. I noticed that that was very, very, very rough. Terrain / years ago I mowed my girlfriend's backyard, and it had sunflowers and stuff that was 5 and 6 feet tall. I noticed if I took my mower deck down to almost to the dirt that it would cut that stuff on the first pass. Instead of 4 or 5 or 6 passes
These videos relax me a lot haha, it's double work you have to cut and also be aware of filming everything (sorry if it's misspelled, I don't speak English) 👐❤
That mower was very impressive did a nice job on the tall stuff now it time to clean the deck and sharpen the blades after that cut nice job my friend 👍👍
Fill, you are the man, if you didn't get stuck every now and again you wouldn't be a true lawn explorer, its OK. I'm very proud of you, I know what regaining lawn is like, I was raised on farms and the mowing and expanding the lawn was a every year project, it's nice to see how far you did get. Lots of love. Be safe. Afriend.
The large-leafed water plant is skunk cabbage showing the seed stalk after the flower stage. Skunk Cabbage is one of the earliest wild flowering plants to emerge from the ground after winter snows begin to melt. This plant loves standing water swampy areas.
Toro is a great machine, there is a Toro dealer near me, and his business is always busy with new customers, current customers. Keep up the good work, and if you are going to keep doing field/ country areas, you might want to get one of those Vent-Tracks, justa thought. Great job!
Watching from Philippines, such a huge transformation with at the proper tool of mover thay you have. Hats off as well for helping not only the community but at the same time your extended friend. By the way, I would like as well to commend on your new hair cut are well by cutting your beard. You look more younger looking. Regards to your family and god bless us all.
Hi Fil! I'd say your big brute did a great job on the high grass! You know the secret of only mowing up to one half pass at a time. That is so the ground up grass has somewhere under the deck to go. It looks great and the traffic can see better in front now! Al Blaze is in Florida. Do no know if he will travel. But what you did do is super.
Omg, that truly was a reclamation! A brush cutter definitely would help. Yes, Al Bladez just got one. But your Toro did an amazing job. And how are you? You did some serious bouncing in some areas. It looks great. Far better than before you cut it. Nice work!
I did a Behind-The-Scenes video on this property. Check it out here: th-cam.com/video/R6AWm0lTiSs/w-d-xo.html

It's great that you can help a family friend.
Great advertisement for Toro mower. It handled that tall " timber " so well.
Omg that was a monster of a task. You deserve a medal for this one.
You're a pretty smart guy!...running the mower down the road while using your leaf blower...wonderful idea!
You are a clean cut young man who presents himself well. You do fine work and you care. Great job.
Your machine did a great job! With all the bumps, I bet your body needed some tender care that night! Nice to see you helping out a friend.
He has it set too low also.
He is scraping ground
Wow Fill! That was amazing to watch. Your wife mentioned the props of her friend, you said okay and we got to watch it all unfold 😊. Thank you ❤️🇦🇺🇺🇸
I don't watch grass cutting during the winter months ... I watch people plowing snow ... very relaxing.😃
😂
I’m with you on that 👊
I'm impressed with the Toro.
A little machine with alot of power. Great job.
I can just tell how grounded & clean hearted you are.. just from your videos! God bless you
God bless you too
You made it very beautiful as usual, it was nice for to do this for your wife's friend, you have a good heart
toro mowers are literal tanks if they can mow stuff like that
Amazing what those mowers can cut. Stay safe. God bless you too
Always impressed with the amount of work that 1 battery will do on that stihl trimmer.
I think Toro is one of the best brands you can have. If you can afford it. Great job.
I'm surprised it took that long to get stuck! You are mowing in uncharted territory! Unbelievable! 👍👍👍
I’m really impressed by that mower. That tall part is bush hog territory 100% and the mower did it no sweat.
Bush hog, hell; I'd have said goats~😅 The manufacturers could legit use this video for advertising; _'If it can handle THIS yard, it can handle your yard, easy!'_
The Toro did a good job ! It looks great , that was very high grass ! Look forward to more ! Take care !
I love what you do for people! As a single mom I know how much the help means. ❤
That is really a tough mowing machine! Great job…you are a real Blessing for this lady! 😊

No skipping ads in appreciation for what you do , many thanks!!

@@GuyWithTheDogs You are correct, I stand corrected. Thank you.
The plant you came across is lysichiton americanus, also called skunk cabbage because it emits a skunky odor when it blooms. Another wonderful job.
how was this not a top comment!
Yes! I was going to say, skunk cabbage!
My, my. What a day dad had!
@Ventrac....because he deserves one! Nice job Fill! Love how your toro gets right up next to the fence as close as it does.
She better be one heck of a friend
Wow that grass was so thick and tall you did a great job on it 😊
Wow,..that is some tall grass,..but what an awesome job you have done,..it looks so nice now,..and you always do such a great job,..it is kind of a bumpy ride
My 2 year old boy is your biggest fan! He loves your videos! Thank you!
I remember mowing grass like this with a push mower back in the 80s. That's a tough little machine.
I would have started with the trimmer then chopped it all up with the mower.
Good Lord, Fill has a Yankum rope - can never underestimate the brilliance of this man!!! Love you Fill, you are amazing!! Big - over six feet tall thumbs up :) 👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks Peter :)
Hi Fill. This flower what you found is a lysichiton americanus. It blooms most yellow, sometimes white.

I believe you are right. In that area of Idaho and Washington, it is called Western skunk cabbage.
@@rgrader3691 Yes, that could be right. I don‘t know that name, only the latein name.

I'd love to see Al Bladez with his new machine tackle this job left over. Awesome!!!
Hell of a job. Nice work, then to think of all the camera work too. Thanks for sharing.
