Do not pry clips at the front side! Just unclip back ones and lift the bottom cover like that: ∠ Otherwise you will totally break those clips and the body will never be assembled solid as there are no screw in the center.
I broke the front clips even though I watched your comment and I did everything right, I blame the Lenovo for this not the video I will never buy a laptop from it it became a trash and they give up their principe of being solid and simple 🗑
You did the same thing as I did and broke some of those plastic thingys. Looks like the correct way to do is lift the back side of the cover and then release the front.
When you remove the WiFi-module at 9:30 there near is another module hidden under the black cover. Do you know what is this ? It missing on my laptop too
Hello and thank you for the video, I bought one of these laptops but when I put the SIM card in the system it doesn't recognize it, do I have to buy an LTE card and put it inside? Do you know the reference? Is this EM7455 4G LTE the correct one?

I broke mine while following the HMM. The front ones were just stuck to the bottom case and broke. Assholes in the Yamato Lab for sure.
@@skrble same story, broke all these things in this way

Helped me with a screen swap - I bought a parts computer and just swapped the entire upper lid assembly rather than replace the LCD only.
1:26 aa...peace flew off -_- i dont think i will do that the way you do..i can almost hear it scream
It is unavoidable those clips are so fragile .
Thanks, black product against a white background: hard on auto exposure. Put camera left for a right hander..
Turn off internal battery in BIOS before you start.

Lenovo did dirty to us, clips are fragile and anti repair policy . I will never recommend it to someone
I've got a T470 from a storage locker that won't turn on and I'm hoping this vid helps figure out why
Try to load the akku on another laptop or labac/DC. Then you can figure out if it's working at all!
@@beakittelscherz5419 interesting, how would I do that exactly?
Is it pocibole to change the CPU ?

a42 mm M.2 SATA or a WLAN module(the antennas are pre-wired)
@@hfs9502 You was right! I just installed a 42 mm M.2 SATA (256GB) - it fits and works great. Thank you!
What kind of screwdriver are you using
I believe it was a small phillips bit 2.5mm
