@@VedavyasRS I imagine that it's the same situation for most of us😊 But, it's good to remember that the things we are anxious about very rarely ever happen. Though we can't control what thoughts come into our minds, we can control what thoughts we choose to entertain. So, let's focus on positive, constructive & uplifting things. Or, at least, we should try to distract from thoughts that don't serve us.

Hi Shade Mam I have learnt the following things from your video and it was very informative. It is the reality that what others see is different from what we possess.
    High functioning anxiety 5 signs:
1)Always in control and being prepared Vs overthinking and over analyzing.
    2)Hardworking Vs Productivity guilt.
3)Confident and composed Vs socially uncomfortable and anxious.
    4) Strong Work ethic Vs Self criticism
    5) Sociable Vs Overcomitted due to overthinking the effect of saying no to others.
    Remedy:
1)Honoring sleep 💤avoiding revenge bedtime procrastination.
2)Reframing and answering our thoughts positively and non judgmental acceptance and acknowledgement.
3)Say yes to yourself(Self care) and setting boundaries for others and prioritizing our needs.
Thank you for this videoand keep the great work mam✌.

I think you need to change its name or that "e" in Shade is stopping algorithms to pick this channel up for suggestions. If choose to spread it there are millions who need this information.
