Hi Jenny. I am rehabilitating an ankle and Achilles tendon injury. I can't do the standing exercises yet. I found this by looking for seated weight exercises. I really enjoyed it. I am a fit bunch member. Can you suggest other seated workouts that I could try.

Hi Jenny, I just finished the full body seated strength workout. Love it! But why does my neck hurt when I do the overhead punches and what can I do for it?
Next time, try them in front of a mirror and check out your form. I bet you are tensing up or shrugging your shoulders up instead of relaxing the shoulders.
