I’m back! I love this one. I’m using it to ease back in alongside the early 2020 lockdown ones you did. During lockdown I lost almost a stone and developed muscles I forgot I had. I returned back to my gardening job, still exercise, but I lapsed with your YT 🙄Now I’m retired and my garden has almost wound down for Autumn/Winter and I’m back on track. Thank you 😊 🇬🇧

The perfect add-on to my 30-minute eliptical workout. I appreciated the modification for the backward lunge. I will get there, but for now the step-back is better.

Hi. All weight bearing exercises will help with bone density. All of my videos are designed for aging seniors and appropriate for helping prevent Osteoporosis.
