2 years ago I sent the same model camera for repair and cleaning, it took 2 months, and when they sent it to me, FeDex lost my camera, so they had to send a new camera, but it took almost another 2 months and $500 dollars (I hope that at the beginning of the year, I can send it for cleaning and sell my camera, to have an easier one to clean).

@@BajaOffRoad You can get cleaning swabs for $15 and do it yourself :) Save a lot of money.

my camera does not have a removable lens, is a Panasonic HC-X1500, the dust seen in the video is inside the lens, not on the sensor, that's why I can't clean it myself, I would have to completely disassemble the camera.
