I recentky watched this kdrama named twinkling watermelon where the leads are deaf and knows sign language and that somehow made me realize how important it can be sign language should be more normalized and this created this interest in me to learn sign language
I suddenly got this urge and curiosity to learn sign language...and ur teaching is really easy and helpful to understand ma'am...✨ It gives some sort of satisfying feeling and already started falling in love with this language..❤️
I once encountered a patient in hospital who brought an interpreter with him... I am currently studying for medical and if I need to understand any patient's problems I wanna make sure to show them that I want to provide them with the utmost care possible... I will work hard on sign language too as communication ... Thank you for these lessons mam! ❤😌
One day🌞 I was travelling in local bus🚎 and there were 2 people a bit away from each other, yet they were talking by sign language without disturbing any one with full privacy. No one understood what they were saying, how interesting !!!!! Just imagine you can easily communicate without uttering🗣 a word , how amazing it is!!! After i watched Twinkling Watermelon, i learned few words of Korean Sign then some of ASL and now trying to learn few in ISL.... really, sign language is amazing or i would say its gorgeous...its makes me happy everytime i practice it❤
I use to explain chapters to hearing impaired classmates when I was in my middle school Suddenly idk why I have started to forget those sign words .. I don't want to lose this ISL I learned in my childhood so I'm here to learn it and sharpen my memory becuz I knw sign language is a must ❤🐥

My mum uses ISL and I grew up using a version that she made up, a lot of things are same but a lot aren't. When one of her friends didn't understood what exactly I was saying, I thought it's me who did something wrong. But my mum explained that she uses her own slang when talking to us at home, the way she used to when she was a little girl. Ever since then I've been determined to learn standardizes ISL, and I'm so glad to have found this channel!

And then after watching 2-3 videos i saw your video and realised that ISL is different from ASL. But i feel that ASL seems easy with minimum gestures and emotions. I have been learning and using ASL to communicate with my deaf niece and i find it so much more easier and convenient than ISL. I wish there was only 1 common sign language with additional signs according to different cultures

I always found sign language fascinating it felt beautiful and after watching twinkling watermelon I couldn't stop crying you can express so much without uttering a single word and whoever said "action speak louder than words was right" also the drama encouraged me so muchh to learn 🫶🏻🫶🏻🥺

I have been learning and using ASL to communicate with my deaf niece and i find it so much more easier and convenient than ISL. I wish there was only 1 common sign language with additional signs according to different cultures

There can be multiple signs for the single word/ number/ letter.
Also, there are a lot of regional variations within ISL as well.
