You've been through your own journey of ditching the dieting and healing your relationship with food... and now you can't unsee it - it's EVERYWHERE!
Most of the time, it's not our place to butt in, it's too awkward. But I mean, sometimes it's a great opportunity for you to spread the information you now have to make a difference.
I mean, your gym friends are always giving you unsolicited advice on how to diet, right? Now it's your turn.

Hi Dani. I'm classified obese, there's no question about it. Age 30, height 5"2', weight 75kg. I was trying to eat low carb, lost about 4 kg in 6 weeks. Please help! I need to lose weight to prepare for pregnancy and now I've lost my period this month.
Did you get it back?
Hey , thank you for all your content. Do you think light-intensity yoga is ok during HA recovery? I am focusing on fertility yoga, I hope it doesn't backfire. I eat 2000-2500 cal a day. If somedays are slow (very few) then at least 15-1800 cal. Thanks for your help
This is something that I'll answer in a video for you! For most people, light intensity, meaning almost exclusively passive and restful yoga is A-OK. If you're going to do it you should aim for the higher end of that calorie mix.
@@DaniSheriff Hey thank you so much for your reply. Your support means a LOTT Dani :) Sounds good. I will keep that in mind. Thanks again!
