I followed this recipe! It turned out very moist and yummy. However, it was TOO SALTY!! I had to look it up why my muffin turned out salty. It was because of the salt and 1.5 tsp of baking powder (which also contains sodium) so I suggest reducing baking powder to 1/2 tsp 😢

You need to sift the dry ingredients then fold in the sifted mixture. That will be very helpful to a novice baker. IMHO
