- Mizak Asante, 15, scored a superb individual goal for Golden Kick FC in the Greater Accra Regional Football Association (GAFRA) second division last weekend. The attacker took on four players before skipping past the goalkeeper and smashing the ball into the roof of the net. His goal sent his teammates into hysteria as they piled on top of the teenager. The game, played between Golden Kick and Mobile Phone People in Ghana, went to penalties after the teenager's late goal. Asante's side won the shootout and secured promotion to the top division

Besides the dribbling...notice how the attacker (Asante) makes sure to keep the ball in the penalty box (when it would have been much easier to drift outside). By doing this he forced the defenders to be much more cautious in tackling. Smart play!

It reaches the heights of wonder goal with the rounding of the keeper to leave a slightly tricky open target finish with the tight angle and approaching defensive last ditch legs. Splitting the first two defenders is a handy trick, it is a fairly standard move , but the foot switch to get around the keeper adds what is needed to the dribbling sequence to take it into rare territory and leave the sight of a man on the last leg of his journey with nothing left but open net
