      Tell me something, if we all humans then why can't none EUROPEAN claim any sort of benefits if they in UK
      Why is it one rule for some and another for others, none EUROPEANs have to pay very high immigration fees if they want to extend their Visa.

      @@FaithOjoneimmigrants in the UK contribute way more than a lot of indigenes. Starting from lump sum fees, lump sum health surcharges which majority do not use, non financial contribution by services rendered via jobs! Plus they do not have an entitled mindset, they do the jobs others don’t want to do

    Hi Faith. On my BRP it’s says no public fund. I had my baby here in the UK last year and his health visiting team said I should claim his benefits, which I searched on how to claim it and since then they have been paying him. Any idea if it’s public fund? That was why I asked what guardian allowance means. And if it’s public fund, pls any idea how to refund or something.

    Hi Faith, I’ll like to ask. For someone who’s on a Skilled Worker visa or Health and Care Visa which is both valid for 5 years, I understand that the visa term does not allow to work a second job outside of the line of employment without getting another CoS from the second employer.
    My question is this, how about those who have a CoS in one job but also working a second job via umbrella (registered company name in the UK) is this a breach of the visa terms?

    • @FaithOjone
      @FaithOjone  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The rule is your second job must be in the same occupation as your current occupation or skills on the shortage occupation list.
      As long as the second job is 20 hours and it's in the same occupation or shortage occupation it's fine.
      Also, you need to read your contract if it allows working another job, you might not be breaching your visa terms but you might breach your contract terms.

    Shameful promoting this. Are you aware the British people pay the gov to pay benefits? Stop benefits for all immigrants. The British tax people are paying this. Why should you claim when you have never paid into our taxes? You are aware there’s a crisis for British people yet you are encouraging us to pay for you when it’s your own gov who should be helping you.
    The only reason immigrants are getting jobs here is because they get paid less. Employees are not willing to pay British people enough to live off.
