i always come back to this video every once in a while, it's such a lighthearted interview that it's near impossible to believe how things ended up. it's lovely to see such a witty and humourous side of them. i love and miss these lads so much xxxxxx
What a great Christmas tribute Ive never seen this and loved it they were so excited and no wing up quickly . Iam Peter Ham and I come from Wales I come from Swansea Iam 21 years old . God I loved that part ! Iam a huge fan of the Ivey and Badfinger been listening to them both since I was 13 years old and Iam 57 now . My best days are driving around in my old 63’ Chevy Nova with my stereo cranked up listing to there cds . God bless them for the great gift of music to us all 👍
thank you for posting their very witty humorous responses during the early day interviews. they were often mistaken for the beatles back then , very accomplished group ,aside from their classical background . related with all ages , have a super christmas , they are remembered .
I have loved Badfinger since the first time I heard Straight Up in the 70's. Some of the most enjoyable rock and roll of all. Being talented musicians and vocals have made them immortal. Sad that they could not go further than they did. Could have done so much more. Baby Blue, Day after Day are in my play rotation and I stop and listen when they come on. Love their songs and rendition.
Am one great fan from 68/69, my pre teenage years. Reading their bio about 10 years ago, was so saddened to hear of Pete & Tom's passing...also Mike, may they R I P,! So unbelievable, still misty eyed.
Wonderful to hear this at a time when they didn't have a care in the world and so much talent and potential before it all went sour thanks to the money-men!
More amazing stuff! What else is out there? One of the coolest things I've heard in a long time. Great sense of humor. Too bad they didn't have good management during any part of their career to get things like this out there.
I just came across this fantastic video today Dec 28, 2023. And i love to listen to it repeatedly. Love them..R I P tom, pete & mike. Fr. Phils.

So much fun. Thanks. A wonderful Christmas present. Mike is so young … Did he say "I think Paul's Dead" or "I think Paul's fab" ?
Mike said "I think Paul's fab". The Paul Is Dead thing didn't start until late 1969.
Lol
