If you install 634 transmission without turning down the step on secondary shaft, the chain may get slightly misaligned. If I recall correctly, from the center sealing surface of the crankcase to the outside surface of the chain sprocket should be 75mm. The effective width of the 634 upper shafts, including ball bearings and sprocket, is about 1.2mm more than on 360.
@@jawist71 Exactly. I use Kawasaki 92152-0972 (25x40x17,2) spacer turned down on the lathe for the height needed. It comes with a chamfer for O-ring and provides better support for the sprocket. Sprocket nut is made of Aprilia AP8152335 front axle nut. Again, made narrower on the lathe.

проверю . но чем втор вал протачивать лучше дистанционную втулку сделать нужной высоты
