I completely rebuilt the tender. First I widened the tender from 6W to 8W and lengthened it about twice as long. Both bogies can now actually be rotated, the longer bogie has the railway motor and the battery box is in the tender. Das Modell von Jie Star habe ich so überarbeitet, dass es ohne Probleme durch 72er Radien fährt. Zunächst werden die Koppelstangen auf einer Lokseite gelöst und die Räder um 90° versetzt. Die Kegelräder habe ich komplett entfernt. Als nächstes habe ich beide Seitenverkleidungen abgebaut und alles um 2 Noppen nach oben befestigt. Den Unterbau der Seitenverkleidung habe ich so unterfüttert, dass die Lok auf 8W kommt, die Bogensteine über den großen Treibrädern habe ich um 2 Noppen nach unten versetzt und alles entsprechend ausgekleidet. Obwohl der Vorläufer nur 2mm über der Schiene schwebt habe ich durch die Verbreiterung so viel Platz geschaffen, dass die Räder der Vorläufer zwar sehr dicht neben der Verkleidung laufen, jedoch am Drehen nicht behindert werden.
Den Tender habe ich komplett umgebaut. Zunächst habe ich den Tender von 6W auf 8W verbreitert und etwa um das doppelte verlängert. Beide Drehgestelle lassen sich nun wirklich drehen, beim längeren Drehgestell befindet sich der Eisenbahnmotor, im Tender ist die Akkubox.
Leide kann ich keine Fotos beifügen, dann könnte man es ggf. nachbauen, wenn man Lust dazu hat. Gruß Ron

Ich zum Beispiel habe aber keine 72er Radius Schienen noch habe ich Platz dafür 72er im Haus. Wie baue ich dann die Lok um auf die Standard 40er Radien von Lego die ich habe?
Hallo, das wird sehr schwierig, da diese Lok ohnehin nie für den Fahrbetrieb vorgesehen war und lediglich ein Standmodell sein sollte. Aber wie heißt es so schön: probieren geht vor studieren - so habe ich es ja auch gemacht. Das größte Problem dürften die 3 Achsen bei der Lok werden und der Vorläufer der unweigerlich gegen die Lokverkleidung kommt und ein Fahren auf 40er Radius eigentlich unmöglich macht. Aber einfach erst aufbauen und dann umbauen und dann schauen was geht und was nicht! Viel Glück!
One thing that sucks is having to stick on the side panels. Many parts kept coming off and I don’t know what to do
i bought offbrand lego trains too but the normal Lego curve is to narrow so what i do and what you can do is just build i up and push it slowly but hard around the R40 curve every parts to falls off, keep it off
