I don't even think its a mistake. I'm going to buy this one. Imagine having an A15 Bionic processor.. i don't mind about its looks, i like having fingerprint/ touch ID on my phone.
Apple did not make a mistake here. Apple needs to cover all the markets, especially those on budget. And this is where the SE hits a sweet spot. A flagship processor as the bigger siblings, with a familiar design and future proof for the next 5 - 7 years of software and security upgrades at an affordable price. With those in mind, users will still have the same current iOS experience as the expensive iPhones. Yes, the design is "old". But not only is it affordable, but familiar for those that have been holding onto the iPhone 6, 7, or 8 -- muscle memory is not tampered with. And, using old accessories like the case will save users money. Having the home button back for Touch ID is still better and faster than Face ID in my opinion. And having an LCD screen over OLED is necessary for the following reasons: 1. No burn in image after long use 2. Better battery life, especially when the form factor is smaller than phones that are the size of tablets. Not to mention, battery life is very subjective depending on the user's lifestyle 3. Health wise -- OLED screens cause pulse width modulation (PWM), making users sick, get head aches and migraines. And it's getting harder for those people who suffer from such sickness look for devices with LCD slowly fading away and being replaced by OLED.

With the SE, I didn’t have a problem. Also I do not like how bulky iphone 12/13 mini is. 4.) Performance - I mainly use my phone for social media / gaming and so far, never pa siya nag lag. 5.) Touch ID - I very much prefer this than the face id. Easier to navigate my phone. At the end of the day, it’s a matter of preference. Choose wisely! :D

I am an Android user never had an iPhone before but Android phones are just getting way too big and too expensive for me and too complicated. I need a phone that does the basics right. I don't play games at all or use the camera very often. I think this wee iPhone could be a good fit for me. Plus I have tiny hands. IP 67, wireless charging, 5g, solid camera, very good battery life, super fast chip and years and years of updates. I don't think there is a phone on the Android market that offers those features at 429 dollars. I think this will be my next phone
May target audience kasi ang Apple sa paggawa ng iPhone SE gaya ng may gusto ng old tech, for parents, or yung mga lilipat from Android to Apple. Mahal ang iPhone 13 series so budget Apple phone talaga to.

I’m using iPhone SE 2 pero maganda ang performance niya lalong lalo na ang camera nakakamangha, but the problem is battery and HD 30 lang kaya niya pag front cam video tsaka LCD siya pero not a big deal
It’s a good phone. Handy, 5G, home button. The down side: all screen cover is black which I hate. I want the white faces and white backs. It’s a no for me. If only all white sila… Yung battery issue: u can buy phone pack phone case.
😁 Yes, its powerful but the battery is a big flop here especially on heavy users. Kaya i still suggest getting the 11 series or XR instead.
Wala akong pake sa design niya. Basta naka A15 Bionic chipset at kaya mag video ng 4k 60fps goods na ako dun. Yung ibang smart phone jan modern yung itsura pero yung performance wak
Ses ung performance namin kasi di nagbabago pag iphone kaya mahal. Pero gurl, worth it pala.
I think this iPhone SE is a good buy for an average work use? I am planning to buy a spare phone that I can use for work only while travelling. Mostly, checking emails and MS Teams use only.
I have been using the iPhone SE 2020 since Nov. 25, 2020 and I can say that there really is NO SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE from the 2022 version. Ms Mary I have a few unanswered questions and hopefully you can answer this or someone here who knows is welcome to answer, as well. Does the 2022 version have the capability to shoot portrait photos of inanimate objects/animals? The 2020 version doesn’t kasi. Not sure if it’s too dumb of me to ask, but is there a wide angle feature? For the price point, I wouldn’t upgrade but I’m curious about the aforementioned features.
as an iphone se 3 user. no, it doesn’t shoot portrait to objects. and there is no wide angle feature due to it only having 1 camera at the back. i say that what makes this phone better than last se 2 is the battery health which lasts me a day (no games) in ios 15.5. and some daylight cameras with its deep fusion feature same as the 13’s. it may not be much, but if you’re in detail. it’s a great step up!
@@b_sanchezlllvenancio6084 battery health got better on the SE 2022 because of 2 major reasons: 1. LCD uses less battery power than OLED. Given the small form factor and fitting a smaller battery, putting an OLED screen in the SE will kill that battery fast and wouldn't last the day. 2. 5G antenna, uses more energy. This is why the battery on the SE 2022 is slightly bigger than the 2020 SE. Fortunately, with the SE 2022, you can turn off 5G and go onto LTE, still saving more battery juice. 5G, at least in where I live in Canada, is not stable and reliable compared to 4G or LTE.
Karamihan kasi sa americans gusto ng maliit na phone yung sakto lang sa kamay nila ayaw nila ng sobrang laking screen kaya may se versions kasi para sa mga taong yon kahit lumang design latest naman yung chipset se is not tagged talaga as a budget friendly iphone the reason why they created se kasi marami sa Americans ang nag rerequest ng small and handy phones yet upgraded.
Main feature ni iPhone SE 2022 is Touch ID.
Para naman mas reasonable bilhin, imo apple is not doing well, especially with their iPhones these days🥺
Kaya nga budget friendly eh, kasi kung mukhang iphone 13,12,11,X na siya what is the use of those models na? redunduncy nalang. Yung gusto mong design is meron na that is what you called Iphone 13 pro max diba?
@@darwinclarkurcia3671 i don't see any redundancy on that, kase they seem to progress their design with the iPhone SE 1st gen looks like 5s, 2nd Gen looks iPhone 8, and 3rd Gen looks iPhone 8 again. sa katagal-tagal na akong nakikinig at nanood po sa u Mary, ngayon ko lang naintindan ang it's me TECHGIRL MARY pa la siya . 🙂😅 hehehehe . nice review po . Next nman po IPAD AIR 2022 👍🏻 salamat
For the price, you get the iPhone 13's chip, and a 2022 Apple's camera (which is HELLA good). I think it's worth it. Home button lovers are happy with it, people who likes lightweight phones are happy
Yan phone ko since 2019 and buhay pa now.

If you still want to be in the ecosystem, this is the best bet. Yun lang yun. BUDGET FRIENDLY sya, in terms of APPLE ECOSYSTEM. Hindi para icompare sa androids worth 8k pababa.
5:17 * it's 4.7" IPS Retina HD Display Ate Mary.. 😅
Wow! I got a new version of iPhone SE 3!
Hi ate mary can you review the iphone 7 again? If it's still okay in 2022
IPHONE SE CAMS, AND XR DOWN AREEEEE SO AESTHETIC WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR FRONT ANC BACK CAM, ANG PAPANGIT NA NG IPHONE 12 UP NA FRONT CAM DI BA KAYO NAGTATAKA BAKIT 2022 MAY SE PARIN AND EVEN AVAILABLE SA APPLE MISMO
Same here. Kakabili ko lng kanina neto. Kaso nkakabobo gamitin sa side ko XD
@@wicczeez8081 Sulit naman at solid ang battery if pang back up at browsing. Smooth gamitin. Pero d recommended for gaming kasi maliit screen XD
Mahal ang iPhone 13 series so budget Apple phone talaga to.
tbh android users wanting to switch to ios should just straight buy ip 13 max pro... they wont regret anything
@@poisson5846 Yes they won't pero hindi to realistic since hindi naman lahat nagjujump agad sa highest end phone ng Apple :))
@@dennvenger a supposed budget phone from apple with the same price tag as other higher end android midrangers 😭 I would still advise android peeps switching to ios to just get ip 13 pro max tho, other variants including this year's ip SE is just not logical move to get started in the apple ecosystem, for me at least. Sure, you get an iphone for far less costs than the pro max but at what cost? Latest processor with iphone 8 body, display, and camera?
@@poisson5846 i just want a compact phone
Correction lang about sa battery ng SE 2022, it's 2,018 mAh lang ang capacity of the battery life.
Still using my 1st Gen SE... Maganda pa rin.. 😊
Same.
Been using iphone se2 since 2020, honest issue is battery talaga, sa ganyang price mag android nalang ako.
Gusto ko yung may slight na tawa while mentioning the prices 😅✌️
I'd go for the 13 mini than this for $200ish price difference you get more in terms of camera/battery/display/5G connectivity.
My 5g den SE 2022
5g ready din yang s.e
Hi Mary Bautista
For battery po ng iPhone SE 3 (2022), it has 2018 mah according to official Apple resources.
Kaya go for SE3
Dito sa saudi mura nlng SE 2022 from 2,299sar ngayon nasa 1,699sar nlng @128gb planong to buy this as my secondary phone. 5g ready na at A15 na .
Sa lulu lods 1,150 n lng
Waiting for this Ate Mary!
nice review very honest kaya palagi ako nanonood ng video mo ate mary
My 11 pro max was locked for months came across this guy 👆🏻👆🏻👆🏻
He did mine with 2 hours check him out
Correction lang po HAHAHAHA iPhone SE has a 4.7” Retina HD Display 1334x750 326ppi. The 5.4 inch Super retina XDR is the iPhone 13 mini❤️❤️❤️
Getting the SE soon❤️🎉
Oh no! Thank you. :(
the display of iphone se 2022 is lcd display and 4.7inch po ate mary😁😁😁
I honestly don't mind how it looks, yeah sure the square edges could have looked better like from every other iphone rn or like the iphone 5s but hey, it is a phone and seems pretty cool,I have the iphone 5s as my main phone and I like phones with a home button, feels more natural, since the sensitivity of phone the have a wide screen is kinda too sensitive
If only all white sila…
Yung battery issue: u can buy phone pack phone case.
BEEEN WAITING FOR THISSS HUHUHUHU!!!!!
I still want one manifesting that I'll be able to buy one before year end.
Yes, its powerful but the battery is a big flop here especially on heavy users. Kaya i still suggest getting the 11 series or XR instead.
Wala akong pake sa design niya. Basta naka A15 Bionic chipset at kaya mag video ng 4k 60fps goods na ako dun. Yung ibang smart phone jan modern yung itsura pero yung performance wak
Super smooth mag tiktok dito promise
@@b_sanchezlllvenancio6084 battery health got better on the SE 2022 because of 2 major reasons:
I am interest better iPhone SE so beautiful so cool 🥰🔥😘❤️
Watching with my 1st gen SE
Battery is why I want to upgrade my iPhone se 2020
Gusto talaga nilang mangyari dyan is mag focus parin tayo sa iphone series not on SE series
QUESTION: Where can I buy iPhone X, XS, or XS Max?
How much is the official 2022 price of brandnew iphone X 200+gb here in Philippines?
sana ung front nya ginawang same as iphone x pero ung likod ganun pa din same as iphone 8 .. para unique hehe
Waiting for this Ate Mary. Thank you so much.
Main feature ni iPhone SE 2022 is Touch ID.
Pretty in Pink - The Psychedelic Furs
How Ironic.
what phone suggestion nyo po na small screen but my fingerprint biometric
Hello ma'am, will u be selling ur old phones?
Para naman mas reasonable bilhin, imo apple is not doing well, especially with their iPhones these days🥺
Kaya nga budget friendly eh, kasi kung mukhang iphone 13,12,11,X na siya what is the use of those models na? redunduncy nalang. Yung gusto mong design is meron na that is what you called Iphone 13 pro max diba?
@@darwinclarkurcia3671 i don't see any redundancy on that, kase they seem to progress their design with the iPhone SE 1st gen looks like 5s, 2nd Gen looks iPhone 8, and 3rd Gen looks iPhone 8 again.
don't be so defending over Apple kase even ate mary was slightly disappointed with the design. tech reviewer na sya and she knows what she's saying. 3:06
The design fits to the price, base variant is 64, and they have 128 so youve got your choice 128gb and thats not the problem anymore. We are all wanted differ designs but that will cost more, if it got higher price it will be close close the the other models in the market rn. Try to visit iphone 12 mini or iphone 13 mini.
Hello! Ms Mary 😊 is HP laptop good to buy or yung DELL which you recommend po thanks.
Hiii everyone i just wanna ask if worth it pa bang bumili ng iphone xr ngayong 2022???
