I thought both are worse than my phone but I realised I was watching in 480p 😂😂
Lovely photos. Seemed like the SE had darker shadows and more saturation, both could be fixed after but the detail on the windmill railing was clearly a little better with the tri lens. I think your style impacts the photo more than the deference between cameras. One is support quality but yeah not to different especially when the camera is used well.
I bought the Neural Cam app for my SE 2020 for night mode and the results are as good as an iPhone 11 would be in night mode. Neural Cam is also popular for the iPhone SE 2022
BlackSight and NeuralCam apps provide very decent night mode photos (comparable to native night mode on newer iPhones albeit slightly more noisy due to smaller sensor and aperture on the SE).

I am very impressed that the SE did as well as it did, however, for me I prefer the Pro for the Low Light capabilities.

Honestly I like iPhone SE 2022 due to its compact small size and also due to its strong chip and camera processing ability.

It's not like comparing a Fiat to a Ferrari, it's more like comparing an Alfa-Romeo to a Ferrari.
Idk about you but my SE ‘22 automatically brightens selfie/portrait pics after i take them in low light. Results may not be too professional but they are descent. Basically it has Night Mode or else you can edit the pics easily. I think with just saying it doesn’t have night mode, apple just makes people spend more money on their expensive ones.

To save you time, SE 2022 beats them with the single camera. Just thanks to the A15’s Image Signal Processing. You saw it, in good light, it’s almost as good as the iPhone 13 Pro’s wide camera
Thanks for this video. Just got a SE for myself. Since I am a 4yo android user, spending that much money in a phone seemed a too big of a jump... At least now i can try it for the first time and see if I can get a little more social 😅

i kinda like the sound quality of SE during the first minute of this video, bit clearer, but seems it captured more of the wind too.

You can take RAW HDR photos with the free Lightroom Mobile app, which seems that it is at least somewhat comparable to Apple's ProRAW- and may be a decent substitute on a phone like the SE.
It's 2024 and I'm still in love with that thin slightly curved design from 7 and 8.
I don't like the fact that se4 will be like 14 series.

I love this size and design of se 2/3
iPhone SE is the last "compact" device out there that deserves some praise. I am an Adroid guy, but I hope in the future sideloading will be a thing on iOS
I am 13 and have an SE 3 for my first phone I got for Christmas last year, perfectly fine phone. It’s a good size, runs small games like Roblox and Minecraft, pretty good camera. I don’t understand why other kids my age need the IPhone 15 pro max. I’m gonna be honest, I do want it for the camera, but I am saving up for it with my own money
i think this little guy SE convinced me give iphone a second chance😉.

I just feel SE is better in camera because it has more zoom and it just feels clearer, and is a great budget too. I have the SE 2022 in white colour.
Cinematic mode is a gimmick and looks unfinished. Not worthy as a feature imo. I had the SE1 and it felt outdated so I upgraded to the iPhone 12 Mini which I'm content with until the 14 comes out! Great comparison btw. 👍

To me, the only significant difference is night mode.
Yep, and there are apps to make up most of the difference in night mode.
I currently use an SE (2022) as my primary phone and an XR as my secondary. I’ve just ordered a 14 pro to phase out the XR and the SE22 will become the secondary device. As awesome as the SE22 is, the XR is not getting the updates it needs and I can’t justify buying a second SE22

It can’t spilt screen it can’t download music from online and use it it can’t pip in TH-cam without paying it can’t pip in maps it can’t go back it Can’t pin webpages to the home screen crazy hard it can Bombard you with Apple’s services subscription like iCloud music games tv that I don’t want to pay for They can’t just call Apple tech support from google do you have to copy and paste It can’t just call a lot of numbers I couldn’t even copy and paste up until about seven months ago It can’t pay everywhere

13 Pro has a physically larger sensor - sensor in the SE is the same sensor as the 2020 SE and the 8

Yeah I think it looks better to. I agree. I prefer single camera anyway. Having more cameras isn't necessary in a phone and in some cases, a gimmick, due to having bad/ cheap cameras to fill the gaps.

As a person who has iPhone 12 I regret I wasted my money and didn’t buy SE..
I had SE 2016..
I'm convinced that CNET will do anything yo appease Apple. Compare that SE to a Pixel or a Samsung A series.
Once I get my hands on an A53 I plan to. I did the iPhone SE 2020 version vs the A51 at the time.

It's made for people who want a simple phone without all of features of the flagship phone. It works and has the A15 so it can be used for the next 5-6 years.
