I bought an old 2000 650 gs wjth 12000 miles , I have an 1100 gs great comfortable but a pain to move about let alone pick up. I'll probably sell it and adapt my riding to the 650. II don't need to get anywhere in a hurry anymore. The worst thing about it was the seat I kept sliding forward into the tank so I reupholstered it to basically a single seat. For the more senior rider I think all bigger bikes should have a reverse gear. Well enjoy the good weather I live in Scotland so a bit chilly here.

One of my winter projects is to trim the seat a add gel. Weird how the seat slopes forward.
