2022+ Elantra N Forge Motorsport Cold Air Intake Installation & Sound Clips

This is a video on how to install a Forge Motorsport cold air intake system in an 2022 Hyundai Elantra N. I've included sound clips of the car with the intake system installed. The system definitely increased the ability to hear the turbo spool up. You can hear the intake in the car with the windows up, but it's more pronounced with the windows down and outside the car.
The system was delivered in just a few days from the date I placed my order. All of the parts were professionally packaged and arrived undamaged.
Update 3/15/2024
Some people have noted that the tube may touch the hood liner and rub the paint off the tube. Their solution is to bend the bracket that attaches to the engine cover bolt, there by lower the tube down a bit, so it will no longer rub the hood liner. This is certainly something you can do, if you find this to be an issue. I do see an indention in my hood liner from the tube touching it, but have not noticed any rubbing of the tube's paint. I don't plan to bend my bracket, since I'm not experiencing a big issue with the hood liner or tube.

Why didn't you get the inlet with the intake? Now you have to take it back off to install the inlet. Would be easier to do everything at once.

Yes it would. It came down to cost. I bought the intake and underbody kit at the same time. I plan to order the inlet soon. I have one on my wife’s car, so I know how to install it. I will make a separate video when I put it on.
