And THIS is why your channel is excellent! Great video, great lighting and great "captions". What you don't cover in the captions, you cover...or expand upon later. You have a knack for this and it's fun to watch. Unfortunately, my dealer says ANY mods void warranties. I'd love to at least install a catch can but even that would force me to take it somewhere else for service, unless I take it off everytime. I even mentioned the replacement bushings and he said (sarcastically) ANY mods will void your warranty. If I could afford it, I'd tell them where they could stick their warranty. Oh well...maybe in a year or so when i start caring less about the warranty! Thanks Brandon! Good stuff!

I just went and got my first oil change at Hyundai in Carmel Indiana. I asked the coolest looking dude there I could find lol about warranty situations. He pretty much said they will find an excuse if you leave any parts on there and bring it in for warranty, like no matter what you put on there they will find a reason to why that part you put on there mess this up I said even if it doesn’t make sense. He said yes it’s sad, but true, but on the other hand, if I bring the car in for an oil change, I can have a tune on it down pipe and air intake I can have anything on it I want and it’s completely fine. They won’t tell on you. but you bring it in for a warranty claim they will find any excuse to deny you is what I’m told.

Excellent video content! I have a question. Since you've removed the intake manifold, did you have a chance to look at any of the intake and intake valves for the dreaded carbon deposit build-up? If you did? How was it? Could you give us a severity rating, say from 1 to 5? 1 being least contaminated(clean) and 5 being horrible. I can see that your throttle valve is not that dirty too. I am thinking of doing routine valve cleaning maintenance, say every 20-30K miles, if it's terrible. Thanks.

These have been dyno proven to reduce HP in other cars so I'll pass on these things.

Hello! Other designs and companies have made products that have not produced power but our parts have been specifically dyno-tested and has shown that while peak hp/tq does not increase, the lower-end hp/tq does increase providing better throttle response. While it is not necessarily the highest power-producing part you can purchase it most definitely provides an increase in response due to more air volume capacity in the intake manifold and throttle body. No pressure on making a purchase, just wanted to provide some information. We also were featured in a video of our throttle body/intake manifold spacers installed on a Focus ST and they were dyno-proven to produce power as well: th-cam.com/video/L5UQoerIC2I/w-d-xo.html
