Chile is a wonderful country, a Pandora's box, where you find different surprises, from its geography, where you have the different seasons throughout the country, to the north the driest desert in the world, passing through a center of temperate climate and to the south With its rugged geography, very green, with large lakes, volcanoes, but with a very cold climate, there is also the Easter Island or "Rapanui" all this shows you how wonderful Chile is, not to mention that its people are very friendly. Thank you for visiting this beautiful country.
Chile is the most organized and developed country in Latin America, but it is not the most famous nor the most eccentric. That's why it's not attractive.
Looks like Michael has a bit of money as seems like the agreement was that Paddy includes him in his vids ( got abit annoying towards the end) to enhance his channel in return for a trip to South America....that meal at the end in a posh restaurant looked more like a date..
100% this. I have a lot of time for Paddy... I'm tuning in for the first time in a while and have only just seen the Paddy-Michael dynamic... I don't know what it is but it feels a bit seedy and like Paddy is being paid/wined & dined for his company. Really strange. Miles behind the Budgeteers sadly.
Lol The only reason I looked at this video was because I'm going there to go skiing with my iKon pass and man them being so scared of the gondola was quite annoying.
Chile is a great country, from El Valle de la Luna to Torres del Paine. Been to the capital a couple of times. A good city for a few days and leaping off point for travel elsewhere. Santiago not san diago , at risk of being pedantic. That said, I wish I could discriminate “tonality” in Thai! Great introduction to a new continent First time we have seen anything of Chile and we are really looking forward watching this new adventure unfold. Can’t wait to your Antarctic trip
Hi everyone 👋 Just a side note, the majority of the graffiti tags are due to the recent civil unrest that occurred, most graffitis are protest tags which are currently being removed because they’re all ugly and have kinda ruined the scenery haha BUT there are also many artistic graffitis/ murals that are really interesting and nice. Cheers amigos 🇨🇱🤙
Si existen protestas es porque Chile es uno de los paises mas desiguales , al mismo tiempo el mas prospero de Latam... Hay mucho por corregir, no todos los grafitis son feos.. hay algunos muy artisticos y otros muy ingeniosos...

one small correction, we detest the graffiti and it's a small/vocal minority that sees it as art. it was cleaner before 2019 where it exploded and is now sort of on the mend thankfully. glad you enjoyed santiago/chile otherwise.
Incluso Os Gemeos venía a pintar a Santiago. Probablemente usted no sabe ni quienes son...

I do enjoy your videos, and I find it relaxing watching them! I never really comment on videos, but I thought it was worth mentioning something on this one. This is not a criticism, as I only learnt this not long as my wife has indigenous background and this term is taught in school. We shouldn't use the term "Discovered the Americas". The indigenous people were already living there, so it wasn't really discovered. I won't go into details, but I am sure you understood the point. Lovely start to a new adventure. Loved the area with the bars and music. Was really nice of Michael to invite you along. Met some guys from Chile when i was on holiday in Mexico they seemed very nice and pleasant to talk to.
I loved this! One small correction: graffiti is frowned upon in Chile. What is generally praised and encouraged is muralism. Hi.. graffitti was never legal... it's legal only if you are allowed by the owner of the building, and by state entities in some cases. They usually allow you to do artistic graffitis, not tags. Tags that you see are usually in downtown of chilean main cities because of 2019 social explosion.
