Thank you for the information, we've got a Elddis 175 on a Peugeot cab and do quiet often put it up on levellers on infront of the log store and sometimes do bump the front so I will remember this before calling the RAC out (glad you all had a great time in Cornwall )

gunno look at that tomorrow. my vans stopped working. it's basically an inertia switch. don't know why it would cut the fuel off if it's not been involved in a crash.

Had a similar problem after just filling up to the neck had to get towed home.Checked and pulled out every fuse in engine bay box and hey presto it started so will now seek out fuel reset switch as I am sure this could be the problem.

Good to know , got me thinking , could you cut in a hidden switch to prevent the van being stolen ?

Our camper is based on a Fiat Ducato 244 (2005), the reset button seems to be on another location. Was your ‘engine problem’ warning light on your dashboard not turned ‘ON’, and if so, how did you turn it off?

As soon as I reset the fuel isolator, the warning light went off. Hope this helps
