      @@idesofmars not disappointing, but a gift

      @@OceanicMind how is it a gift ?

    • @OceanicMind
      @OceanicMind 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +7

      @@BLRska the more rare an object, the more valuable it becomes. If we didn't have TH-cam we wouldn't be able to listen to him, and the opportunity to do so, let alone know that he even exists might not be available. So while it is somewhat disappointing to not have an abundance of content, I choose to view what we do have from him as a gift, to appreciate what is rather than what isn't.

    Hey Christoph! Any chance we could get a video about your journey into Zen? I think it'd be real interesting for those of us who are considering incorporating more zen/zazen meditation into our daily lives. :)

    Thank u for the video. Really good. I am from India.There are different meditation practices - some ask us to visualize favorite God or concentrate at the center between eyebrows or chant the master's name etc etc... or visualize the meditation guru as God or Goddess. But I liked this video. Just inhalation and exhalation - our breathing.. Please drop us the link of the Zen guru blog, it will be helpful.

    I have been in an anxious state, i have been feeling a constant pressure and compression of my chest. It feels like I have something stuck. This breathing meditation was difficult, I could only count to 2 and then I had no air to breathe out, I felt my chest tight. Did anyone else found it like this?

      Oh sorry that slipped through: Meditation offers numerous benefits, including reducing stress and anxiety, enhancing emotional well-being, improving focus and concentration, increasing self-awareness, and promoting mental clarity. Regular practice can lead to better sleep, lower blood pressure, and an overall sense of inner peace and balance.

      It can take quite some time to feel a real impact from meditation. It took for me 4 months of 45 min daily training till I really could calm my mind for a few seconds. Just be patient and keep practicing.

    I'm pretty sure your goals of increasing capitalist exploitation is contradictory to the geist of meditation, re: "To scale the business, he wouldn’t just add manpower. Instead, he was obsessed with increasing individual productivity". You might be closer to the Samurai than you think.

    Self appointed masters?
    Those guys don't go through the proper training and education of a Zen Buddhism priest. I used word "priest" because buddhist monks are celibate.

      Nope. I’m not a zen master neither I claimed that. Hinnerk Polenski on the other hand is. But feel free to discuss that with him. Why is that important in this context? 🤷🏼
