Thank you for sharing this beautiful teaching with us ☮️💜 The beautiful pictures of Mother Earth and the red rocks look like the amazing piece of Earth that I am privileged to experience in my piece of Mother in Utah, USA. Much Love and Gratitude 💜☮️
His voice is reassuring and kind. Does not judge but uplifts with highest compassion for everyone. Everyone of us have pasts and all of us worry about future. Meditation is the answer to freedom. Be mindful and be present. Mind is what makes us miserable and mind frees us too or may be subtle understanding in mind that we are not the mind that is being projected outward.
Thank you, beloved master Thay. And the village that is your continuation. Your teachings are like ripe plums growing on a perennially fruiting tree of living wisdom. Always emissaries from the Pure Land. Bringing me back to the present moment. 🙏🏽♥️🌈🕊️
Brother thay, the next buddha is a sangha. Never ending, ever changing. Buddha dharma sangha. May the true source of thay’s guiding light, shine through your eyes and actions, your communities are your sangha, walking and talking, are your service meditation. Your place holder states -in service, to brother thay, we walk and we talk, the dharma
This is a very good video for a reason that sets it apart from his others. Concerning the practice of mindfulness and meditation he seems to place a great emphasis, an excessive significance to the "present moment". This video, in some sense, corrects or clarifies this. He now gives a more complete view of the practice. I had been expecting that, but I hadn't seen it. Now I see it, and that's very positive. So, mindfulness meditation is not simply about exclusively or overly focusing on the present. It's about being grounded in the present that you can allow yourself to integrate, to "heal" the past. And then, concerning the future, solidly "grounded in the present", you can be better prepared to deal with it, plan etc. Not to worry! This is really about fortitude and courage (ανδρεία, θάρρος), and becoming historically conscious of your experience. It's a very good video. Greetings from Greece. 🙏
Thank you Plum Village for these high quality audio talks. I have watched many of his teachings on you tube -where the sound is difficult to understand what this great teacher is saying. Im so grateful for these enhancements.
This is beautiful. We can always watch old archives of belovedbThay. But I appreciate the new and creative presentations, beautiful landscapes and nature. Thay's words are brought to life with your lovely images. ☺ This was deeply appreciated. More like this, please. Gassho 🧘♂️ 🌸
This is great advise, thanks for contributing in such a way that even after your passing, you continue to still touch me deeply and remind me about arriving home to my breath in any given moment ❤
This video and teaching are very timely for me, for I am currently overwhelmed with anxiety for the future, as a result of traumatic events in my past, which are manifesting because I have a very toxic work situation that is destroying my mental and physical health in the present. There are no easy answers for such a situation, but this teaching gives me something to meditate on, and hopefully discover an insight that can ease the feelings of being trapped and help me deal with the present effectively. If I do that, I might achieve the conditions I need to thrive again as I have in times past. Thanks for being a light in the darkness as always! 🙏
@@onenationunderdog5289 the past and the future are time, time is created by thought , the problems you described are linked to time therefore thought, do you see ? Do you see that you are creating these problems by your own thinking ?
@@snowflakemelter1172 in the ultimate sense yes, but Thay is not suggesting to stay in a toxic work situation either. We have to be accepting and at the same time establish some healthy boundaries.
Dear Friends, Thank you for this beautiful sharing from beloved Thay. May I ask, please consider, not puting other pics and videos, only Thay. At least, that is my wish. Idk if others feel the same? I do not like the videos, only Thay. 🙏❤️
I feel the same way. I am always so disappointed when I get a notification that there is a new talk and then scenery comes up. I find it much easier to understand Thay's words if I can see him speak. The images from nature are lovely, but I feel that his presence is much more calming. Please reconsider this new way of presenting his talks. ♥
Have you visited the Plum Village website or the app? An extensive library of TNH talks are available without any embellishments. I personally love the visuals and sounds of nature, as much as the talks themselves. 🙏🏼
Your op is valid, perhaps true for some. However, a lot of his work has been helpful too as an addition, not a negator of any beliefs or experiences you have or have had..
@@bthny1116 the comments speak for themselves, people desperate to become a follower, to pretend he is a saviour or a guru or declare he is " the one" , based on what , an image they have projected.
Your comments is what you leave behind friend, choose them wisely. There is so much useless and toxic content on YT and you decided to criticise one if the few people who dedicated their life to help others? Read about him on any source you believe in, to check if your opinion is correct. ❤️🧠

I actually really like the cinematic style editing. Maybe we can have both?
There are many many videos of just Thay. It's not either-or. You can choose!
This man has created a cult following around himself, the people surrounding him are cringeworthy and want to be cult members, its pretty sad really.
