In this video, we replace a broken driver-side mirror glass on a 2005 Chevy Tahoe. This side view mirror glass features an integrated turn signal and heated glass.

It's worth mentioning that in addition to the heat and turn signal circuits, the third pair of wires visible in this video serves the electrochromatic function which "dims" the mirror during hours of darkness.

Those heated mirrors burn up all the time...i had one get color- distorted on my 2005 corvette...so i ordered a mirror overlay and stuck it on...the heated part doesn't work anyway and i didn't have the built-in turn signal anyway...just some ideas for someone who doesn't have to replace the whole mirror ...blessings be upon us all
