    Excellent Podcast 🙂👍. My Grandma died with Alzheimer’s, now my mom is in a nursing home with Alzheimer’s, I am very scared, it’s so nasty of a disease, Please list the blood tests you talked about

      @Bill Miller I like Lamb, Elk, , Grass finished beef, Wild caught seafood, Corn & soy free eggs,Raw Goat ,& Sheep cheese, & Organs(Heart, Kidney,Brain, & Tripe)

      @Bill Miller I hope you are right, I have hit my head very hard (Concussion) a few times (Motocross & Mountain biking) accidents . I am 60yrs old & I do not want to have anybody take care of me

    😂 „I turned on my oven once - in 2001-.... „ Okay you can do a lot with a microwave or an instant pot but to contribute via nutrition towards health, be it Alzheimer or Cardiovascular diseases etc. by getting take-away/eating out is usually counterproductive. I very much appreciate the honesty of Peter and Isaac here to be honest about their own habits but...😉 It is not about perfection but progress and one has to start and pursue a healthy path of living.

      @@bobdylan9117 keto / low carb and consistent exercise and there's probably benefit with stuff like sauna and other things that show overall health benefits
