All ready-mix concrete are delivered to the site with a batch ticket listing the following:
Name of the ready-mix company,
Location of Batch Plant
Serial number of the ticket, date, truck number
Name of purchaser
Name of the job and location,
Job Order (JO) Number for Project
Saudi Aramco mix design number
Amount of concrete in cubic meters (or yards)
Time of loading, if wet mix
Reading of the revolution counter at the first addition of water
Type, brand & amount of cement, silica fume & admixture
Source and Total Amount of Mixing Water
Maximum Size of Aggregate
Mass of fine and course aggregate
Time Leaving Batch Plant
Signature or initials of producer's representative
Ready mix concrete delivered in trucks not having operable revolution counters shall be rejected.
Concrete shall be discharged from the mixer within 90 minutes or before the drum has revolved 300 revolutions, whichever comes first after the introduction of mixing water to the cement & aggregates or introduction of cement to the aggregates.
Concrete delivered at a temperature in excess of 35°C or that fails to maintain a temperature of 35°C until used, shall be rejected. (Except Non- structural concrete)

Concrete delivered at a temperature in excess of 35°C or that fails to maintain a temperature of 35°C until used, shall be rejected and replaced at the expense of the Manufacturer. Commentary Note: Non-structural concrete with compressive strength of 2000 psi is exempt from the above requirement. The reason for this exemption is due to the fact that non-structural concrete is unreinforced and thus cracking is not critical.
Air content test (if required by the project specifications) shall be made with a frequency of not less than one test for every 115m3 of concrete on each day, or 1 test for each class of concrete delivered. (ASTM C94-09, Sec. 17.5)
The minimum required number of concrete test cylinders for strength tests in accordance with ASTM C39/C39M shall be: a) Test one set of laboratory-cured specimens at 7 days and one set of specimens at 28 days b) Test one set of field-cured specimens at 7 days and one set of specimens at 28 days.

If you have enough number of revolution left.. rotate your TM a bit more for tightening your concrete slump value.. otherwise you may reject your concrete.. loose slump value means more workable-means more water cement ratio-means low strength ..
